SCH 'A' PART-I AC PLANT WORK AND CIVIL WORKS: - Dismantling and taking down old central AC plants various type comprising of compressors, compressor motors, condenser pumps, coooling tower, AHU, panel board with control switches, condenser water pipe lines etc. and all connected items including dismantling of foundation of equipment from AVOH Lab (3 x 25 TR) Plant & SITE-I (RSG) ARD-24 of 29 ED (4x13 TR) for faciliating replacement of BER plants with new plants and removing from site complete all as specified & directed. NOTE:- AC duct shall be removed upto plenum level only & AC duct inside building is not to be removed. However, diffusers & grills shall be replaced on requirement basis.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of water cooled scroll chiller units having minimum capacity 25.5 TR with multi scroll compressor with microprocessor control. The Unit shall have compressor mounting arrangemrnt on rubber Grommets with metal sleeves. Water cooled shell & tube type condenser. DX type evaporator duly insulated. Thermostatic expansion valve with Extl. Equalizer. Unit shall have filter dryer, pressure switch i.e HP/LP, Electronic Thermostat Flow switch at chiller, Integral refrigerant piping & wiring, Accessories as required and called for automatic and safety control, mounted in central console Electronic microprocessor with soft starter panel central overloaded protector including comprising of following accessories/facilities:- (A) Mode: (i) Auto/Manual (ii) Single Phasing Protection, (iii) Compressor Restart Protection, (iv) 10- Sec Time Delay between System, (v) Short Circuit Protection 5 deg C - Anti Freeze Protection, (vi) Display on Micro control indicating compressor on, (vii) Crankease Heater ON/OFF, Entering/Leaving water Temp, (B) Refrigerant: (i) R-407c or any other non CFC / non HCFC gas (ii) Actual capacity as per Ambient condition, (iii) Scroll Chiller Unit shall be suitable for 400Volt +10%, 50C/S, 3Phase Ac Supply. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of AHU for operation of supply and return air application of suitable capacity, indoor type, draw through type of sectionalized construction, factory made, floor mounted double skin type made of 25mm thick modular AHU panels with GI casing of thickness 24 Gauge outside layers and 24 Gauge inside layer injected with CFC free polyurethane foam (PUF) of 38 kg/cum density insulation complete with blower section, chilled water cooling coil section, filter section with muffler and access door to attend the motor/fan with lighting provisions and all accessories capacity not less than 18000 CFM including necessary PCC foudation with vibration isolators complete all as specified and as directed including comprising of following:-

(i) Cooling coil of 6 row deep copper tube with aluminium fins and automatic controlled anti-freeze thermostat

(ii) Blower section complete with blower having forward curved centrifugal fan for weather maker suitable for desired static pressure as specified , with minimum 2 bends GSS eliminators with suitable capacity TEFC squirrel cage induction motor (IP 55 and class F insulation) for operation on 3 phase 415 volts, 50 HZ AC supply with belt driven pulley.

(iii) 50 mm thick washable type pre-filters with filter element made out of synthetic non-woven media supported by HDPE mesh on both side including stitching in diamond pattern complete including frame, suitable for efficiency 90% down to 10 micron EU-3 Type complete with mounting frame work.

(iv) Secondary dry type cleanable and easily maintainable air filter supported by GI wire and folder to form accordion plate having an efficiency of 99% down to 5 micron EU-5 TYPE complete with mounting frame works.

(v) Drain connection, stainless steel(SS304 Grade) drain pan and with necessary GI pipe for drain out the condensate to the open drain of the building.

(vi) Humidification system complete with mono-block pump set of suitable size, water tank, pipe line & sprinkler as required at site with fully automatic arrangement for operation with humidistate.

Supply and fixing of fresh air arrangement with VCD, louvers and bird screen complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of mechanical fire dampers fusible type approved for 90minutes fire rating as per UL 555-1995 in main supply air duct including control wiring. The dampers shall be made of heavy gauge galvanized steel having multi blade construction. The blades shall be fitted with chrome plated shaft and self lubricated phosphorus bronze bushes.The dampers shall also be provided with jam seal (compression type) on sides to prevent spread of smoke and fire. The blades of the dampers are held in the ‘open’ position by a high tensile spring and a fusible link. The fusible link should be UL stamped and operates at 74˚C, causing the damper to close immediately on break fire to prevent the spread of fire through the ducts complete all as specified and directed. Note : Operation fire dampers shall be interlocked with AHU & AC plant. In case of shutdown of fire dampers AHU & AC Plant should shut down automatically.

Supply and fixing of PVC sheathed copper cable of size 35 Sqmm 3.5 core, superior quality, laying over GI slotted cable tray including necessary supports and frame work compelte all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of PVC sheathed copper cable of size 10Sqmm 4 core, superior quality, laying over GI slotted cable tray including necessary supports and frame work compelte all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of PVC sheathed copper cable of size 6 Sqmm 3 core, superior quality, laying over GI slotted cable tray including necessary supports and frame work compelte all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of PVC sheathed copper cable of size 1.5 Sqmm 2 core, superior quality, laying over GI slotted cable tray including necessary supports and frame work compelte all as specified and directed. Note for item Nos 14 to 17 :- GI slotted cable tray including necessary supports and frame work shall be measured and paid seperately. However necessary fixing arrangements required at site shall be deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate for the above items.

Supply and fixing of GI slotted cable tray 150mm width x50 mm depth made out of 2 mm thick galvanised MS Sheet thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing GI slotted cable tray 300mm width x 50mm depth made out 2mm thick galvanised sheet complete all as specified and directed. NOTE FOR ITEM No 18 & 19:-Necessary supports and frame work to cable tray shall be measured & paid for seperately.

M&L for necessary supports and mild steel frame work to GI Slotted cable tray including MS rod as fastner, MS angle iron nut bolts and washers including welding and grouting work etc fastner & MS angle iron cut to requires shape & size completed all as specified & directed.

M&L earthing complete with galvanised steet earth electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of earth electrode not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 32 x 6 mm as earth lead by means of bolt, check nuts & washer of GI or steel connected to earth test point including earth strip from earth electrode to test point, Gl pipe 40 mm dia light grade as protection pipe and 20mm dia GI pipe light grade for watering pipe of required length including charcoal dust, common, salt, excavation and earth work, earth pit with PCC 1:3:6 type C 1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, precast RCC cover 40mm thickness reinforced with 03 Nos TMT bars, 8 mm dia, both ways, funnel with wire mesh, testing and rest as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part -I including taking out old earthing material, complete all as specified and directed. M&L earthing complete with Mild steel galvanized earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 M deep below normal GL) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5M below normal GL,connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts & washers of GI or steel incl excavation and earth work, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 chamber with RCC cover (1:2:4) type B0, 40 mm thick, reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bar, 3 Nos. both way, 15 mm dia light grade GI protection pipe, funnel with wire mesh, watering GI pipe of 20 mm dia 'medium grade' and lugs including Charcoal dust, salt and testing etc. complete all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Pt-I 2009 specification. Note : Earthing lead and protection pipe upto 7.5 metre length shall be deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate,earthing lead beyand 7.5 metre shall be measured and paid for separately.

S & F of GI strip 32 x6 mm for extension of earth and connected to equipment or panel complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of GI wire lead 4 mm dia for extension of earth and connected to equipment or panel complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of centrifugal pump sets, factory assembled & tested for rated efficiency complete with motor & common base frame, coupling guard, cladded insulation etc. for re-circulation of condenser water from cooling tower to condenser for the air conditioning system. The pumps shall be suitable for operation on 415 ± 10% Volts, 50 Hz, 3 Phase AC power supply complete all as specified and directed . Supply,install,testing and commissioning of Induced draft type not less than 35 TR cooling tower of FRP complete with all accessories, basin, fittings, fan, fan motor etc with following technical data with necessary RCC foundation as per manufacturers standard specification including by-pass arrangement for non interruption in operation of AC plant while cleaning or replacing of strainer complete all as specified and directed.

(NOTE: Quoted unit rate shall be included cost of make up tank, overflow valve, float valve and GI pipe complete.)

Supply and fixing of 500 Ltr PVC Chilled water Make up Tank, three layer , white, with and including required thermal insulation as per requirement of chilled water make up tank of AC plant and overflow valve, float valve & connection to chilled water pipe line with 32mm dia GI ' heavy grade' pipe of required length complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE: Quoted unit rate shall be included cost of make up tank, thermal insulations, overflow valve, float valve and GI pipe complete.)

Supply and erection of GI Sheet of 22 SWG GSS ducting metal work for ducting as per IS:655 complete with all fittings such as tee, bends,turning vanes, splitter dampers, inspection doors, transformation pieces etc including suspension and supporting arrangement for plenums, ducts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of duct thermal insulation for ducts which are exposed to sunlight , insulation with 50 mm thick TF Quality thermocole having density of 16 Kg/cum+10% and including adhesive used for setting the insulation (Adhesive shall be non-flameable, vapour proof and cold setting compound), the insulation shall be covered with GI mesh, polythene sheet and cement sand motar rendering in ratio (1:3) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying of accoustic insulation of duct with 25 mm fibre glass rigid board covered with 28 Gauge aluminium perforated sheet and RP tissue complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying of Thermal insulation of duct with 13 mm thick nitrile foam sheet insulation having density 50Kg/Cum and fixing with adhesive as per the recommendation of the manufacturer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply , installation, testing and commissioning of 50/80 mm three way motorised modulating valves with modulating motor and thermostat etc. complete with fittings like elbows, tees, reducers, bends, MS flanges, supports, welding etc as per requirement complete all as specified and as directed.

Design, fabrication, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of the following Indoor type LT panel suitable to be mounted on the floor/cable duct/ wall as per site requirement using M.S channel frame work, with cable entry from bottom/top as per drawing coordination by EIC with removable gland plates with required knock-outs for incoming and outgoing cables. Panel shall be fabricated out of CRCA sheet 2 mm thick steel folded and braced as necessary to provide a rigid support for all components, totally enclosed and degree of protection shall not be less than IP-54, multi-tier cubicle type formation with front hinged lockable doors for the individual feeders/compartments, preparation of surface and treatment by seven tank process, powder coated with approved colour for not less than 50 microns and all doors and covers shall be fully gasket using good quality EPDM gasket and /or rubber strips, and to provide good quality locking arrangement, durable door opening & closing mechanism, aluminum bus bars for three phases and neutral, bus bar insulators, heat shrinable PVC sleeves etc, with necessary interconnections as spectified in Technical specifications for electrical & mechanical works including comprising of following switchgear and accessories complete in all respects:-

Incoming (a) MCCB Four ploe 250 Amps, 415Volts, 50KA breaking capacity with adjustable thermal setting based overload and short circuit release including door interlocking device, front operating handle, ON and OFF indication of LED module etc. Complete in all respects -1 No

(b) 400 Amp aluminium bus bars for phase and neutral with bus bar insulators, heat shrinkable PVC sleeves etc complete.

(f) 400/5A current transformers of class 0.5 and suitable VA burden for metering -1 Set.

(g) RYB indicating lamps of LED module with toggle switches - 1 Set.

(h) 2Amps, 230Volts, SP, MCB's for the protection of measuring instrument and control wiring -1 Set .

Outgoing (a) For 26 TR chiller units and spare 100 Amp. 36KA, 415V, TP+NL MCCB with adjustable thermal settings, overload and short circuit release including door interlocking device, front operating handle , ON and OFF indication of LED module, bus bar extension for connecting cables etc. complete in all respects - 03 Nos.

(b) For Chilled water pump 63 Amp. 36KA, 415V TP+NL MCCB with adjustable thermal with starter - 2 Nos .

(c) For Condenser water pump 63 Amp. 36KA, 415V, TP MCCB with adjustable thermal settings, with starter suitable for 3.7 KW condenser motors rating, AC 3 duty 415V, 50Hz, 3ph motor - 2Nos. (d) The starter shall be with single phase prevention and electronic timer, with sufficient auxiliary contacts for remote ON/OFF indication lamps, bi-metallic thermal overload relay of suitable size current rating, ON/OFF push buttons suitably wired and interconnected with 4.0 Sq.mm single stranded PVC copper wire, etc, complete in all respects. NOTE:- Starter shall be DOL type upto 5 HP motor & star delta type for above 5 HP motor

(e) For AHU 32 Amp. 36KA, 415V, TP+NL MCCB with adjustable thermal settings -2 Nos .

(f ) For Cooling Tower 16 Amp 36 KA, 415V, TP+NL MCCB with adjustable thermal settings, with starter suitable for 5 HP cooling Tower motors rating, AC 3 duty 415V, 50Hz, 3ph motor - 1 No. (g) The starter shall be with single phase prevention and electronic timer, with sufficient auxiliary contacts for remote ON/OFF indication lamps, bi-metallic thermal overload relay of suitable size current rating, ON/OFF push buttons suitably wired and interconnected with 4.0 Sq.mm single stranded PVC copper wire, etc, complete in all respects. Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of 2.0 TR hi wall split type AC indoor outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit with minimum 3 star rating and EER 3.2 of capacity as shown electric driven (single phase 6000 K cal/Hr, outer unit shall be fitted with discharged cooled type rotary/scrolled type compressor operating on non-CFC refrigerant R-410A/407C including copper piping as required between both the units with suction pipe, discharge pipe and electric cable from inner unit to outer unit, out door unit shall be fixed with PCC platform /powder coated stand fixed on wall including provision of drain pipe for taking out condensed water to appropriate place complete all as specified and directed.

SCH 'A' PART-II (MANNING AND OPERATION OF AC PLANT): M&L for provisioning of resources for management of central AC plant different capacity of various locations having compressors with its connected items such as condensers/chillers, water circulating pumps, chilling pumps, blowers, blower motor, cooling tower with fan and motor including connected starters etc in all respect for smooth running of AC plants during the running period to maintain designed Air conditioning/chilled water temperature inside the building /block from 06:00 hrs to 22:00 hrs (Two shift of 08 hours) every day except holidays and sundays as observed by the air force authority including cleaning of all equipments and sweeping inside and outside of the installation and maintaining of log sheet on daily baisis and proper dress code followed by the operator complete and tightning of pump gland, filling of new gland and new gland nut bolts and electrical complaints of motor pump and panel and starter will be atteneded and rectified by the contractor without any extra cost for smooth function of plant complete all as specified and directed for the following capaciity of plant all working days:- (a) 3x25.5 TR AC Plant at AVOH lab at 1 BRD for the Ist year of defect liability period

(b) All as per Sl item No. 105 (a) above but for Second year of defect liability period.

(b) All as per Sl item No. 106 (a) above but for Second year of defect liability period. Note for item No 105, 105.01, 106 & 106.01 The record of manning & operation of all AC plants shall be maintained in each shift duly signed by Engr-in-charge & contractor. If AC plant not running in any shift during manning & operation period the payment of that shift shall be recovered from the contractor's dues against above items as under:- (a) Recovery rate per shift for Item No 105 & 105.01 = Quoted rate against the item per month 02 Shift x 26 days (b) Recovery rate per shift for item No 106 & 106.01 = Quoted rate against the item per month 03 Shift x 30 days
