Part I : Improvement of the Road Ammanambakkam-Eypakkam Road Km 0/0 - 3/0 R22

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation. grass, bushes, scrubs, saplings and trees of girths upto 300mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlie and disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm thickness as per technical specification clause 201, etc. comp.

Picking old Metalled / BT Surface upto 10cm thick as directed by the departmental Officers

Earth work excavation in all classes of soils except hard rock requiring blasting depositing on bank with initial lead of 10M and lift of 2M including all labour charges and incidental charges such as shoring, strutting, providing coffer dams, bailing out of water as per 20B

Earth work excavation in all classes of soils except hard rock requiring blasting depositing on bank with initial lead of 10M and lift of 2M ineluding all labour charges and incidental charges such as shoring, strutting, providing coffer dams, bailing out of water and other item which may be necessary or convenient to the succesful completion of the excavation in a compacted condition a quality of materials not exceeding the amount of excavation including all machinery charges for T&P employed etc., complete for cutting side drains and forming berms as per standard specifications.

Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam(WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers 250mm thick with pavers in SubBase/Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc.. complete

Applying tack coat over Un Primed WMD WM surface at 7Kg of SS-1 per 10 Sqm. area including cost of bituminous binder at the site including labour charges for preparing the surface and applying the 7 required quantity of bituminous binder as tack coat including hire charges and fuel charges for bitumen boiler and all other tools and plants employed etc., complete as per clause 503 of MOST

Applying tack coat over Un Primed WMB/ WMM surface at 2.5Kg 10 Sqm. area including cost of bituminous binder at the site including labour charges for preparing the surface and applying the required 8 quantity of bituminous binder as tack coat including hire charges and fuel charges for bitumen boiler and all other tools and plants employed etc., complete as per clause 503 of MOST specification.

Bituminous Macadam to 50mm thick (Grade-1) Using VG30 & Plastic Waste Providing and laying Bituminous Macadam to 50mm thick using 0.20 cum of 26.5-13.20mm,0.43 cum of 13.20-2.36mm and 0.26cum of 2.96 & below IRC HBG metal with 5kgs of VG30 bitumen with 3.74kg of Plastic Waste for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 50mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonne Vibrators Roller to the required density ete inchidine labour for

Bituminous Macadam to 25mm thick Using cmp (Grade-II) Providing and laying Bituminious concrete to 40mm thick using 0.13cum of 19.00-9.50mm. 0.17cum of 9.5-2.36 and below with 950.3kgs of VG30/VG40 licating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, carrying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and

Towards the charges for routline maintenance of the road work executed under NABARD Fund including dressing of berms by refilling the gully with the earth from borrow pits, cleaning of wild seasonal growth on berms, destilting of side drains and CD works, white washing guard stones, painting of KM, HM stones, parapets, cutting of branches of trees, refixing displaced guard stones, caution boards, speed limit boards etc., with the periodicity for the above activities as prescribed in IRC-SP-20:2002 and as directed by the departmental officers except for the constructional defects which has to be rectified by the contractor at his own cost for carriageway width of 3.00m & 3.75m
