Surface excavation n.exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out hard and dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m, for all kind of soil as directed by Engineer-incharge.

M&L Hardcore of guage of broken stone or boulders exc 63mm but n exc. 100 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying and compacting 150mm thick (compacted thickness) WMM laid in two layers of 75mm each grading as per Table 400-13 of MoRTH Specifications for Road ande Bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM Plant, matrial comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggreagte and granular material premixed with water to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight and consolidating to required gradient and camber, complete, all as specified and as directed. The finished surface tolerance to be as sper Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013.

M&L for laying dry lean concrete (DLC) 150mm thick of aggregate gradation as per table 1 of SP 49:2014 having 7 day average compressive strength not less than 140 kg/Cum DLC mixed in batching plant, transported to site and laid by electronic sensor paver including spreading and compacting using high amplitude tamping bars of paver (Initial compaction) further by double drum smooth wheeled vibratory) rolers with 80-100 KN static weight to achieve minimum dry density not less than 98% of maximun dry density, necessary finishing etc complete all as specified and tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge work 2013

M&L for Pavement quality concrete (PQC) of minimum 28 days field flexural strength of 45 kg/sqcm or 4.5 Mpa ,aggregate gradation as per table 3 of IRC 15-2017, coarse aggregate of clean, hard strong, dense, non-porous and durable pieces of crushed stone or gravel, fine aggregates or combination of both using minium 360 kg/cum of cement with non-circular, virgin synthetic fibre of 12-18 mm length, specific gravity 1.34 to 1.39 UV stable, alkali resistant,with equvalent dia 15-40 micrin, minium melting temperature as 240 degree celsius and minium tensile strength of 300 Mpa and at the rate as specified by the manufacturer.PQC laid,spread and compacted with slip-form paver of minium 7.5m width, including curing and tining by texturing cum curing machine complete all as specified and directed.Required surface texturing to be done as specified in Clause 10.1.14 and table 9 of IRC : 15-2017

Use & waste formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/ PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10cm but n exc 20cm wide complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Forming dummy/construction joint with an initial saw cut of 3mm soon after the concrete has set,upto a depth of 1/3rd to 1/4 th the thickness of the slab, widening the first saw cut to 6mm and 24 mm deep by using diamond bit cutter of approprite size, straight and smooth edges. Joint cleaned thoroughly with application of compressed air. Joint shall made dry, vacuum cleaned and free of dirt, oil, vegatation and other debris.Application of two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at an interval of 30 minitues before placing the backup rod and pouring the sealent. Placing of clossing cell,medium density crossed linked polythylene foam backup rod of 8mm dia, application of bound breaker tape on top of backup rod for complete width of the joint and filled with polyurethane based sealent complying with BS-5212, BS 4254 and EN-141875-2003 with minimum movement accomodation factor (MAF) of +/-30% having minimum 10year performance guarantee applying masked tape on the edges of joints and removing the masking tape after filling of sealent as per the method specified by the manufacturer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting construction joint 25mm deep and 10mm wide by early entry saw cut by using diamond bit cutter for appropriate size, straight and smooth edges. Joint cleaned thoroughly with application of compressed air. Joint shall made dry, vacuum cleaned and free of dirt, oil, vegatation and other debris. Application of two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at an interval of 30 minitues before placing the backup rod and pouring the sealent.Placing of clossing cell, medium density crossed linked polythylene foam backup rod of 12mm dia over filler board and filled with polyurethane based sealent complying with BS-5212,BS 4254 and EN-141875-2003 with minimum movement accomodation factor (MAF) of +/-30% having minium 10 year performance guarantee applying masked tape on the edges of joints and removing the masking tape after filling of sealent as per the method specified by the manufacturer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm width expansion joint in concrete slab for full depth of PQC. Placing of clossing cell, medium density crossed linked polythylene foam backup rod of 30mm dia over filler board and filled with polyurethane based sealent complying with BS-5212,BS 4254 and EN-141875-2003 with minimum movement accomodation factor (MAF) of +/-30% having minium 10 year performance guarantee applying masked tape on the edges of joints and removing the masking tape after filling of sealent as per the method specified by the manufacturer complete as specified and directed.
