STREET LIGHT POLES : Design, manufacture, testing at works, supply, assembling, installation, and erection of Octagonal pole internally & externally hot dipped galvanised , fabricated out of 3mm thick sheet as per relevant I.S, complete with built in junction box, base plate size 200X 200 X 12 mm, as per detailed specifications. Junction box should be provided 500 mm above base plate with 4 Nos brass terminals on epoxy insulator,1 no. 6A SP MCB (D-curve) & 1 no. neutral link mounted on 4 mm thick bakelite sheet, gland plate etc. Base plate should have 4 nos holes suitable for mounting on RCC foundation 200 mm above FGL. Min 2 nos. The cost of pole shall include the cost of RCC foundation , foundation bolts, anchor plates, nuts, washers, min 2 nos. HDPE PLB pipe 40/33 mm dia bend to shape min. 1.5 m in length shall be embedded in RCC foundation for cable entry/exit etc. all as per enclosed detailed. The cost of pole shall also include the excavation of all types of soil/foot path cutting, temperory reinstatement, back filling, dewatering, consolidation disposal of excess earth within the radius of 500 m and making good to the original finish etc as per enclosed detailed specifications & drawings, as required to complete the work in all respect as per instructions of the E-I-C . Note: 1) The RCC foundation shall be as per Drg. No.DCSEM/SDS/ STD.DRG./STREET LIGHT POLE-01/8719 -R0

LED luminaires for Street Lighting : Supply, Installation, testing & commissioning of following LED luminaires on existing poles, including internal wiring with 3 Core 2.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor cable from terminal box at bottom of the pole to the luminaire, earthing of luminaire etc as per instructions of the EIC. Note: 1) The scope includes providing suitable GI nipple to mount the LED luminaires on existing poles. 2) Independent wiring to be done for each fixture from terminal box. 3) No negative tolerance is allowed on the min. system performance parameters indicated in SOQ & specifications.

L.T Cables: Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 1.1 KV grade aluminium/ Cu stranded circular/ sector shape core conductor with XLPE insulation, extruded PVC inner sheathed, G.I flat strip/wire armoured, extruded FRLS grade antirodent & anti termite PVC (ST-2)outer sheathed cable conforming to IS : 1554 Part I / IS 7098 Part-I with latest amendments, fixed on wall/existing HDPE pipe/ existing cable tray /existing hume pipe/trench/ shaft/pit/ on 5mm thick M.S. flat /GI spacer/angle/ support fixed with coach screws/grouted in wall/anchor fasteners 2mm. thick G.I. fabricated saddle, all fixing accessories, etc complete including painting of M.S spacers/angles and saddles as per enclosed detailed specifications, drawings & as per instructions of the E-I-C & of the following sizes : Note: HDPE pipe shall be measured separately under item no. 7

LT Cables End Joints: End jointing of following sizes of cable by crimping with supply of all jointing materials like solderless tinned copper cable socket, double compression brass cable glands, gland earthing, insulation tape, flux, duplicate interconnection between gland earthing strip & to the nearest earthing bus terminals as per the drawings, specifications and as per the instructions of the Engineer-in-charge.

Fabricated Distribution Boards : Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Main distribution board surface mounted type/ floor mounted with concealed hinges fabricated out of min 16 SWG thick MS CRCA sheet complete with 40 X 40 X 5mm MS angle iron frame work, supports, accessories, interconnections, earthing, locking arrangement, wire way box, cable entry box with gland & gland earthing, metal treatment (Seven tank process) painting, 2 nos 10mm dia 32 mm long brass earthing, studs, enameled danger board name plate, neoprene gasket, all required & as per instruction of E-I-C. The powder coating colour shade for MDB's shall be as follows:- 1. MDB's fed from normal power supply - RAL 9001 (White/Cream) 2. MDB's fed from DG power supply - (Emergency) - RAL 7024 (Graphite grey) Note: 1) The MCCBs shall be provided with microprocessor based overcurrent & short circuit release. 2) MCCBs shall be of minimum 36 KA Ics breaking capacity. 3) All MDBs shall be provided with RYB indication lamps (heavy duty LED cluster type) with HRC protection fuses.
Street Light Control Box: (Substation Building) Incomer :- 1. 63A FP MCCB -1 No. 2. 240 V modular astronomical digital time switch - 1 no. 3. 63A FP power contactor - 1 no. 4. 1 no. Auto/Manual switch 5. 1 set ON/OFF push button 6. 1 set ON/OFF indication lamps Bus bar 100 A TPN tinned copper bus bar having maximum current density of 1.24A/sq.mm to withstand symmetrical fault level of 35 kA at 415 V. The neutral bus bar shall have 100% capacity Outgoings :- a) 6 Nos. 25-32A FP MCB (D-curve). The feeder shall be complete with suitable size interconnection PVC FRLS Cu. wires and auxiliary contactor for contact multiplication, if required.
Readymade Distribution Board : Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of following readymade distribution boards, double door, IP 42 degree protection complete with necessary, MCBs, earth leakage circuit breaker (ELCB) etc including interconnections with appropriate capacity size of FRLS insulated copper conductor wires (ISI marked),suitable for concealed mounting /wall mounting with MS frame work of 40 x 40 x 5 mm MS angle iron, with M.S. enclosure fabricated out of M.S. CRCA sheet as per manufacturers standard, with concealed hinged door, locking arrangement etc. including earthing clamps for both incoming & outgoing circuits, interconnections, per phase isolation kit as required,cable end box & wire way box if required, continuous copper earth wire in the wire way box with single/duplicate brass earthing terminals, danger board, name plate, flexible earthing for the door, metal treatment & powder coated painting, Phase Distribution drawing etc. all as per drawings (G.A. & fabrication drawing to be got approved), etc. relevant IS & instruction of Engineer-in-charge. Note: 1.MCBs (Type –C/D) shall be minimum 10 KA breaking capacity, as specified. 2. Blanking Plates shall be included in scope of work. 3. DB shall be of standard readymade type as per catalouge No. from approved manufacturers as indicated in preferred makes of material. 4. Routine tests will be conducted at factory as per relevant IS. 5. The MCCBs shall be provided with thermal magnetic based overcurrent & short circuit release. 6. MCCBs shall be of minimum 25 KA Ics breaking capacity.

Cable Marker : Supply, installation of oval/circular shaped G.I cable marker engraved as "LT/HT Cable/HT straight through joint" complete with 32mm dia NB medium G.I pipe support as per IS 1239 with 1:2:4 PCC base concreting, G.I nut bolts, including excavation in all types of soil upto required depth and refilling etc all as per drawing, specifications and as per the instructions of E.I.C

Scope includes excavation below ground level in all types of soil/concrete road cutting/foot path cutting, nallah cutting /any RCC wall/floor cutting including back filling, dewatering, consolidation, reinstatement of excess earth within the radius of 500 m and original, disposal making good to the original finish etc. spare space of hume pipes after cable laying and spares hume pipes shall be sealed properly with fireproof materials.
