Demolition of plain cement concrete in ground floor and pavings not exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of brick work, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling structural steel work as in doors, gate etc etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting , any gauge and thickness in roof covering including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling posts or struts ( wood, steel or RCC) embedded in concrete, brick work etc, any section and any length including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Dismantling of existing galvanised iron steel barbed wire/ chain link fencing shall be measured and paid for separately

Dismalting trellis work (Jafri) one way, including taking as under of battens in trellis cutting of hedges and pruning of trees (posts and rails measured separately) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on stone surface/brick surfaces of walls including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down existing steel rolling shutters of area not exc 10 Sqm with all connecting items and repair the lath, hood covers, ball bearings, helical wire spring, lock plates, bracket plates, shaft rods, guide channels of steel rolling shutters and locking arrangements, including greasing, tightening, oiling, welding etc. wherever required, complete to make in serviceable condition and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint including preparation of old painted surfaces and refixing in the same opening complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down existing steel rolling shutters gear operated of area exc 10 Sqm but not exc 20 sqm with all connecting items and repair the lath, hood covers, ball bearings, helical wire spring, lock plates, bracket plates, shaft rods, guide channels of steel rolling shutters and locking arrangements, including greasing, tightening, oiling, welding etc. wherever required, complete to make in serviceable condition and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint including preparation of old painted surfaces and refixing in the same opening complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.50 cum in soft / loose soil, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n.exc 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft / loose soil & getting out complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per serial item No. 12 here-in-above but depth exc 1.5 mtr & not exc 3mtr

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removal of excavated soil/ material to a distance not exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for tibba sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for PCC (1:5:10) type E-2 using 40 mm graded brick aggregate in, filling and mass concrete as in foundation complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for hardcore of broken stone / boulders gauge not exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling & mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge .

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) typeC-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation for stays & mass concrete including necessary form work and fair finishing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L PCC (1:3:6), type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : Forming fair finished channel for drain using extra cement shall be measured and paid for separately.

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in padding / levelling concrete on top of roofs, roof kerbs or mud stops, coping, band, bed plate rounded or chamfered on edges using water proofing compound and including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge Note :- Cost of WPC is included in the unit rate of this item. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

M&L providing precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in window or door cills, lintels, brssumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonary), string courses, copings, kneelers, apex stones, kerb stone, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, anchorage blocks and simillar articles with plain faces, corbels, brackets, etc (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc and set in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5 metre clear span, cills, steps, siesmic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, coping, parapets and railing upto 60cm height, copings bed block, roof kerbs or mud stops, kerb stone, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, surface channels and drains, benching, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throatings etc.including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in landing, cover slab for manholes, septic tanks, soakage wells, chullah hood, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain fair faces including chamferred, weatherings, throating etc including necessary form work and setting in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note: - Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for 35mm thick precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) louvers and jallies, including all mouldings but excluding frame, set in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for slab supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and other similar works complete all as specified and directed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) nominal mix as in beams , cantilever, bressummer, lintel over 1.5m span and similar work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for SFRC manhole / drain cover with frames square / round size as per ground requirement provided with suitable mild steel rims and easy lifting hooks of medium duly 10 MT as per IS 12592 Pt-I complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size burnt bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per serial item No. 33 here-in-above but except bricks. Note : Old serviceable bricks retrieved from serial item No 2 of BOQ here-in-before shall be used under this item.

M&L for Brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for brick work built in CM (1:4) using sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F hand rails, half round or other steel section or drilled and countershunk for blasuters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F mild steel round bars 10mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape as in tie bar fixed to chain link fencing including necessary welding where required as per site requirement & other similar works conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F MS screw bolt 11 to 15mm dia, length of bolt not exceeding 75mm long machine made with hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed the other or serewed both ends, each screwed end fitted with washer and one hexagonal or square nut complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only mild steel galvanized chain link fencing any size and any type (weight not less then 1.75kg/sqm) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- (i) Flat iron, round bars, nut bolts and washer shall be measured and paid for separately. (ii)The payment shall be made to the contractor for actual weight ascertain by the BOO as odered by GE.

Fixing only mild steel galvanized chain link fencing any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Supply only chain link fencing shall be measured and paid for separately under replace items of BOQ.

S&F as in repair galvanized 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Each line of horizontal / vertical / diagonal wire to be measured for the purpose of payment.

S&F mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per serial item No 51 here-in-before but 5mm dia and over up to and including 10mm dia as in stirrups, spacers & binder etc.

S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, cooler stand 12mm sq guard bar, framework of water tanks and similar works of quality Fe 290 (Gde E-165) etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F mild steel framed work as in doors / gates / steel frames etc. of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc, complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering including necessary welding etc and fixing in position of quality Fe 290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : Cost of welding of butt hinges to the door frame deemed to included in quoted rate and butt hinges shall be measured & paid for “Supply only” separately under relevant item of this BOQ

Material & Labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Drawing for the same is enclosed with tender documents.

S&F Mild steel in flat, round or square bars, in available lengths conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality- A complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F collapsible steel gates, top hung, consisting of channel pickets, pivoted flat bars, top and bottom runners, brass handles etc, fasts and brackets, including a shop coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 18 to 20mm thick (minimum size 550mm x 550mm or size as directed) laid over & including screed bed or bedding layer of 15mm thick in CM (1:6) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab 18 to 20mm thick (minimum size 550mm x 100mm or size as directed), on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting, raiser of steps etc. laid over & including rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:4) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including cutting, grinding, rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for running welding as in repairs not exc 2.5cm in length, thickness of metal to be welded exceeding 6mm and not exc 9mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 18-20mm thick Granite (of any type) slab of approved shade as in cooking platforms, steps, jambs, pillars, window cills and the like etc, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match with shade of Granite stone including cutting, grinding and polishing (mirror polish i.e. full granite polish as per local trade practice) over & including 15mm thick screed bed (bedding layer) in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : The exposed edges of granite stone slab shall be made full round & polished to mirror finish and rate quoted shall deemed to include this provision.

M&L for 16 to 18mm thick Granite (of any type) slab of approved shade machine cut as on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of Granite tile including grinding & polishing (mirror polish i.e. full granite polish as per local trade practice) over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement & sand mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F 30mm thick dholpur stone for display purpose of size 450mm x 650mm with 50mm embeded in PCC (1:4:8) with hammer dressed facrwork including, laid and jointed in cement and stone dust mortar 1:3, recess pointed with an admixture of white cement and dholpur stone dust 1:1 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for high intensity grade retro reflective 3 M (HIP) sheetingn / tape and refixing new retro reflective sheet as per sample and colour approved including writing letters / numerics of height not more than 30 cm and width not more than 30 cm, cut out of retro reflective sheet colour as decided and pasting the same on old stainless steel sheet etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S&F as in repair 2mm thick Fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in roof, wall etc. in angle wall and other necessary item complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection, finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Plinth protection shall be laid to slope (1 in 30) in bays not exceeding 3 metre in length and joints of 6 mm wide and 10 mm deep shall be provided along the wall and bays and same shall be filled with sealing compound grade B. Cost of ceiling compund is included in the unit rate of this item

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in flooring finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in floor, top surface finished fair & even including spike rolling to surfaces or making impressions of expanded metal, whilst the concrete is green complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- PCC shall be laid in alternate bays in panels of size not exc 2m x 1m and joints shall be filled with bitumen mastic (1:3). Quoted rate shall deemed inclusive for same.

M&L for applying metalic base floor hardner over fresh concrete surface finishes not less than 6 kg/sqm with Fosroc Nitoflor or equivalent make complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for heavy duty coloured exterior grade tile of size 300mmx300mmx12mm thick as in floor, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with approved pigment to match the shade of tiles over and including bedding layer of 15mm thick of cement & sand mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles (coloured) 450mm x 300mm x 7mm thick on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 10mm thick rendering in cement & sand mortar (1:4) including necesary cutting as per site requirment complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F factory casted 80mm thick precast concrete rubberised interlocking paving blocks glossy finish M-40 having compressive strength not less than 400 Kg / Sqcm using grey cement and no pigment and of shape hexagon/ triangular / zigzag / I-shaped / Three-X etc as directed conforming to IS 15658-2006, laid dry over and including 25mm thick layer of local tibba sand cushining over complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F factory casted 60mm thick machine pressed cement concrete interlocking paving blocks M-35 having compressive strength not less than 350 Kg / Sqcm using grey cement and no pigment and of shape hexagon/ triangular / zigzag / I-shaped / Three-X etc as directed conforming to IS 15658-2006, laid over & including 25mm thick sand cushion (local tibba sand), laid dry, joint filled with dry sand complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for glossy finished chequered cement concrete tiles of size 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick laid in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with grey cement and pigment to match the shade of tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on fair face surface of brick masonary or concrete surface of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faced brick masonary or concrete surface of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faced or on other than fair face surface of brick masonary or concrete surface of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for rough cast finish plaster with a mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel aggregate mixed with coarse sand and cement in the ratio of 1:1:1 over & including 12mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand ) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings .complete all as specified (Paymentfor providing grooves shall be made separately).

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls & applying two coats of cement base paint of approved shade/tint over a coat of cement base primer and filling cement based putty in cracks complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for in repair for cement concrete kerb stone not less than 5mm including taking down old spalling layer and making good with cement mortar (1:3) and finished smooth complete and applying two coat of waterbrone paint over a coat of water based cement primer of colour as approved by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing 200 mm bore reinforced cement concrete pipes, class NP-2 including coller set in cement mortar (1:1) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing 600 mm bore reinforced cement concrete pipes, class NP-2 including coller set in cement mortar (1:1) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in bedding to drain pipes, including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete for 200 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
