Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation of poles, cable etc, not exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil including taking out brick protection etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick etc complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials (soils) not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand cushioning by spreading in trenches fine crush sand by gently by punning down manually as in cable protection etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV, type-I, flat size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm laid in trenches etc complete all as specified and directed.

Laying only un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV, type-I, flat size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm laid etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Serviceable cable cover obtained from Ser Item No 9.00 & 10.00 here-in-after shall be reused.

Dismentling of PCC foundation / pole coping from ground level etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-1, (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping including necessary use & waste of form work etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Laying or fixing or passing through pipe, XLPE insulated ISI marked, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade cross sectional area 16 Sqmm 4 core including necessary connection and providing cable lugs as required including disconnection/taking down of existing cable etc complete all as specified and directed.

-Ditto- all as per item No 9.00 above but 10 Sqmm 4 Core etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with Copper earth plate electrode 600x 600x 3 mm buried directly in ground with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal gound level and connected to earth test point by means of copper Strip of size 20x3 mm all as specified and shown in electric plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I 2009 including earthwork, PCC chamber, CI cover, protection and watering pipe, funnel, mesh etc all as required at site and all as directed and including taking down of old earthing materils

M&L for reinforced cement concrete nominal mix M-20 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for column etc and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed. Note - Reinforcement and form work will be measured and paid separately.

M & L for TMT bars of Fe-500 D grade conforming to IS: 1786, 12 mm dia & over, including cutting to length, bent to shape required, cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old UNSV/rusted steel tubular poles 9 mtr long necessary disconnecting cables/over head condcutor and removing unserviceable pole from site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, Fixing and connection of hot dip galvanised octagonal poles of height 6 mtr with 130mm bottom A/F & 70mm top A/F made up of 3mm thick HT sheet along with base plate of size 200 x 200 x 12mm thick including 4 nos of M20 x 600 long J type foundation bolts and 1 mtr long hot dip galvanised single arm standard bracket, including MCB of 6 Amps, with connector 4 way to be provided as termination point complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing surfaces of steel tubular swaged pole LT with scraping out old paint by emmery paper, wire brush complete and painting with two coats of aluminium paint and numbering of poles with white paint on black paint background and stripping with black and yellow synthetic enamel paint (100 mm each stripe) 3 Nos at equal distance from bottom (above PCC coping) upto a height of 1200 mm complete.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of pre-stressed concrete pole upto 11/9 mtr long by scarping old paint and applying two coats of cement base paint including numbering of pole with black synthetic enamel paint painting the base of the pole in alternate black and yellow stripes each 30 Cm apart up to 1.5mtr height all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and fix in repair of Cable junction box IP 66/69 "weather proof" (with knockouts for cable entry) box of size 155 x 210 x 92 mm with connector/terminal, Din Rail, GI clamps made out of GI flat of size 25 mm X 3 mm channel including providing cable gland plate and including cable glands as required at size and making connections all as specified and directed by Engineer –in –Charge.
