Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing 50 mm thick cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick over 20 mm thick screed in CM (1:4) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over 10 mm thick screed in CM (1:4) and with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as directed by Enginner- in -Charge.

M&L for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar (1:3) (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as directed.

M&L for providing and laying chequered cement concrete tiles 20 cm x 20 cm x 25 mm thick, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey pigment cement and pigments complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in copings, packing around interlocking paver blocks complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section embeded in concrete, brickk work, etc, including taking out embeded portion and making good disturbed ground, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Chain link fencing/wire Mesh , any type complete all as directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 Cum getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers n.exc 25 cm thick, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 meter and making good surfaces in soft/loose soil complete all as directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using (40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation of boundry pillars, posts including form work if required complete all as directed.

S&F mild steel work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops in shape as directed drilling holes, notching for wire etc. etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as directed.

S&F in repair galvanised, 2 strands, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolt including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins complete all as directed.

M&L for for preparation of new steel surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only mild steel galvanised chain link fencing of mesh size 100 x 100mm and dia of wire as 4.00 mm complete all as specified

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut,n exc 5 cm long and dia of Neck 5-10 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Mild steel round bars of 10 mm dia and above complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for for preparation of new steel surface of any description not exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for conductive floor coating antistatic with Copper tape to ensure conductivity for installations, epoxy resin base, any RAL colour, not less than 3 mm thick complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (i) The most important area of application is grid shaped bonding on subfloor of epoxy flooring. (ii) Existing surface to be made good and cost of the same is included in the quoted rate of this item.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not other wise provided for complete all as directed.

M&L for rolled mild steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washers etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes and painted with one shop coat of zinc chromate primer paint complete, tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge/thickness in roof or wall covering complete all as directed.

S & F pre - painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws as specified and as directed.
