Supply, transportation and provision of straight Numbers joint enclosures (SJC) complete with all accessories as per TEC Specification No GR/OJC- 02/02 Sep 2003 with latest amendment for 48 fiber of reputed make Raychem/3M /Tyco/TE make. (Inspection by Consignee) SOLAPUR DIVISION-S AND T/CENTRAL RLY

Horizontal boring of cable duct of minimum 2.0 Metre Mtr. depth along with laying of 120mm HDPE pipe for track crossing with minimum depth reckoned from the bottom of the rail/road crossing with minimum depth reckoned from ground level. The work shall be done as per extant practice & instructions of site Engineer. Preparation of site for Horizontal boring shall be carried out in presence of Railway Representative. HDPE will be supplied by Railways. Note: Contractor shall provide all material required for boring and adequate nos. of labours for proper laying of cables into the bore. Cable shall be laid cautiously so that it should not get damage due to rough handling & pressure on cable.

HDPE Pipe 110 mm Diameter, PE63, Class PN6, Metre with confirming to IS4984 with ISI marked (or) Latest. test report from Central Govt./state Govt/ NABL / ILAC to be submitted at the time of supply. (Inspection By Consignee)

Supply of Transmission measuring set with Tone Numbers Generator & DB Meter as per IRS/TC-43/87 or latest. APLAB Make Model No. 2031 or similar. (Inspection by Consignee).

Supply of PVC switch board 10 Pair, 0.5mm dia Metre twisted pair PVC insulated, PVC sheathed, ATC copper conductor as per TEC specification no. TEC/GR/WIR009/05 March 2011 or latest from Network or Finolex or Synergy or Delton make. (Inspection by Consignee).

Supply of Thermoshrink joint kit suitable for 6 Numbers quad cable for straight through/ derivation transformer as per RDSO specification No.IRS-TC- 77/2012 (Rev.3.0) Amdt.3 or latest. from RDSO approved firms. (Inspection by RDSO)

Making through/derivation/ transformer /PIJF cable joint for underground jelly filled cable 6 quad/4quad/20 pair 10 pair etc. PIJF cable as per the instruction of Rly engineer at site.

Execution of S & T work related to Engineering Job /S&T block of Bridge work or cable shifting or others, in one block, five unskilled manpower have to be provided during block for relocation/protection of S&T cable/asset as per Railway site engineer instruction.

Supply of Apparatus Case with Godown locks Numbers with detachable handle on both the doors. Half Case as per Drg No SK 783-1/2. with latest alteration. (Inspection by RITES)

Excavation and Casting of Apparatus Case Numbers foundation with contractors Anchor bolts, cement, ballast and other materials. Half Case as per Drg No SK 804.

Erection of Apparatus Cases. This includes filling Numbers of location foundations with river bed sand and plastering on top of the sand. Half Case SOLAPUR DIVISION-S AND T/CENTRAL RLY

Painting of two coats of synthetic enamel paint Numbers over one coat of primer on the following after scrapping & cleaning surface wherever necessary with contractor own supply of paints. Wherever required contractor shall apply coating of epoxy paint also as per instructions of site-in-charge. Epoxy paint will be supplied by Railways. Note: The paint and primer should be from M/s Asian paints Co. Ltd., The paints will be primer (IS 5660 of 1970) the aluminium synthetic will be primer (IS 2932 of 1974) brilliant white and yellow painting two coats of enamel paint over one coat of primer. Lettering / Numbering Termination particulars, Numbers equipment's names etc., legibly and neatly inside location boxes. Half case

Supply of Paints as per relevant IS specification Kg preferably Asian/ Apcolite/Dulux make in different colours in 1 Kg/2 Kg pack (as per requirement of consignee). (Inspection by Consignee)

Supply of 6 pin emergency socket box as per Numbers drawing no.SK/CSTE (C) 97/20. (Inspection by Consignee)

Supply of 6 pin emergency socket flat type to suit Numbers light weight 2W/4W portable control telephone as per RDSO specification No.IRS/TC/42/87 with latest amendment. (Inspection by Consignee)

Fabrication and supply of EC assembly complete Numbers with erection of fabricated assembly at location as per Telecom/RE manual, as indicated in the route chart & as directed by Engineer in charge this includes welding of GI pipe for fixing of EC box.

Fixing of EC socket complete with termination of Numbers derivation cable on strip inside the EC box duly mounted on good quality wooden box at SM building/cabin/gate lodge and wherever necessary as per instructions of site in charge of the work.

Supply of RCC pipes half round of size 150mm Numbers 1680.00 dia outer and 100 mm dia internal 1 mtr long matching to IS No. 458/2003 amendment-1 with Rev.4. (Inspection by RITES).

Laying of RCC half round cement pipe of Numbers appprox. Size (150/300mm dia X 2 mtr. length) inside the trench after laying of cable. Pipes shall be placed asper directives of site engineer.

Supply of GI pipe, inner dia. 100mm dia. B-class Metre asper spec. No.IS 1239 PT. 1/2004 or latest with sockets and fittings. TATA, JINDAL/ZENITH BIRLA make. (Inspection by Consignee)

Fixing of GI pipes for crossing the culverts, Metre bridges etc. and concreting of ends with brick masonry at both ends as per the instruction of Rly engineer at site.

Supply and installation of concrete (RCC) route Numbers indicators at intervals of 50 meters as per technical specification. They should be standard RCC with letters on one side "CR" and the other side "S&T Cables" as per drawing SK 12/10 of RVNL SC. In case of Telecom quad cable joint locations, it shall be painted with RED colour. (Inspection by Consignee). SOLAPUR DIVISION-S AND T/CENTRAL RLY

Excavation of cable trench as per cable route cum plan, 1.0mt. deep and 300mm wide along side the track in normal soil/strata, conforming to distances as per cable route plan and refilling after cable laying. This work includes covering of cable laid in trench by loose soil for a layer of 50mm thickness approximately before covering by stones/bricks, clearing of route,bushes etc. The work shall be done as per the extant practice on Central Railway and instructions of Railway Engineer at site. In case depth of trench is not achievable due to site conditions proportionate payment will be made.

Excavation of cable trench as per cable route cum plan, 1mt. deep and 300mm wide alongside the track in hard soil, conforming to distances as per cable route plan and refilling. This work includes covering of cable laid in trench by loose soil for a layer of 50mm thickness approximately before covering by stones/bricks, clearing of route, bushes etc. The work shall be done as per the extant practice on Central Railway and instructions of Railway Engineer at site. In case depth of trench is not achievable due to site conditions proportionate payment will be made.

Wherever depth of 0.5 m cable trench is not cum feasible cable shall be protected as under: - Preparation of cement mixture 1:3:6 with contractor's own materials and spreading cement concrete mixture layer of 100mm thick over the already laid cables in the excavated trench.

Cutting of all types of Roads/ platforms cum preparatory to trenching and excavation to depth of 300mm x 300mm wide approx. and refilling after laying of RCC/GI /DWC pipe & to restore them to original condition. The work shall be done as per extant practice on C. Rly & instructions of Rly engineer at site.

Laying of signalling/Power/Telecom various cores/sizes in trenches.

Supply of earth electrode assembly as per Numbers Drg.No. CR/S&T/SK-815. (Inspection by Consignee)

Installation of earth electrode assenbly as per Numbers Drg.No.RE/S&T/SIG/Tender/SK726/85 including earth wire connected through GI wire 8 SWG supported on M.S. flat of size 6mm x 40 mm to earth electrode as per drg. No. CR/S&T/SK-815 for sigg. Equipment such as lever frames, apparatus case, signals, relay racks,block insruments, and etc. as per RE manual. The earth value should be less than 10 Ohms including the lead wire. The value should be measured in presence of Rly. supervisor. It should be documented and painted on earth enclosure made of concrete.( only earth electrode will be supplied by Railway). All other material required for provision of earthing will be brought by the contractor. Total 5207842.43
