Sch 'A' Part- XI (Miscellaneous) (Note : This schedule is not pre priced by MES and the pre priced rate indicated as "Rs. 0.00" under Col.5 signifies this fact only.)

SOIL INVESTIGATION : Soil investigation at the proposed construction site at location of Watch Tower by drilling 100mm dia bore hole upto a depth of 10m below the ground level or 1m into the hard rock strata (whichever is earlier) in any type of strata complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Note for item No. 13 above : Soil investigation at the proposed site shall be executed and test report shall be submitted to GE initially i.e, before commencement of the original building work. Rate quoted shall be deemed to include for the following :- (a) Mobilization of tools, plants, equipments and manpower required for carrying out soil investigation, setting of boring/ drilling as required and later demobilization of plants and equipments after completion of work (b) Collecting undisturbed and disturbed samples and performing SPT test at every 1.5m interval ie at 1.5m, 3.0m & 4.5m levels. (c) Conveyance of samples collected at site to the testing lab as requird for the purpose of testing and analysis (d) Lab testing including triaxial test, direct shear test, liquid limit, plastic limit, plasticity index, grain size, specific gravity, ground water table, soil classification, bore logs and bore hole chart, permissible settlement, unconsolidated test on undisturbed sample, crushing strength of hard rock samples recovered, unconsolidated triaxial shear test etc. (e) Estimation of SBC of soil at every 1.5m interval. (f) Submitting photographic record during the process (g) Submitting test report in triplicate duly vetted by NIT/IIT/from any one of the Govt. Engg college / from any one of the NABL accredited Lab a,ong with reconfirmation about the safety of foundation details given in tender. (h) Soil investigation shall be done by the authorised Consultants approved by E in C branch or enlisted by any Chief Engineer of MES/ NABL accredited LAB. Before commencement of the work the contractor shall submitt in writing to GE, details of the consultant, through which soil investigation to be conducted. Decision of GE shall be final and binding.

INTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY : S&F LED tube light fitting of 22W with lumen output of 2200 Im including all connection all as specified and as directed. Make : Philips Cat Part No. BN 021 LED 22S 6500/4000 PSU GR/SI or its equivalent in Wipro/Osram/Bajaj.

S&F LED light fitting 10 Watt made of Pressure Die cast housing LED bulkhead with IP66 protection and IK09 impact resistance suitable for suface and wall mounting applications including LED light driver holder connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size complete. Make : Philips Cat No. WT202W LED 10S NW PSU S3 PC or its equivalent in Wipro/Osram/Bajaj.

S&F MCB SP 5 to 30 Amp, 240 V, B Series complete all as specified and directed.

S&F High performance building security light of 45 W luminaire with Single Die ceramic base high power LEG light source, IP66 protection, PDC housing & aesthetic finless design and toughened glass cover with suitable dia GI pipes, clamps and including all connections all as specified and as directed. Make Philips Cat Part No. BRP 052 LED 045 CW SLMR FG s1 PSU GR or its equivallent in Wipro/Osram/Bajaj

INTERNAL WATER SUPPLY: S&F angular stop cock, of PTMT any colour high pressure, screwed for CPVC pipe, 15mm dia bore (Minimum weight 15mm-90gms) complete all as specified and as directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY: Supply, fix and commissioning submersible pumping set of capacity 01 HP, 12 to 27 mtr head, 17-30 LPM discharge including all connection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix DOL starter with enclosure suitable for 01 HP pump including all connection all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 25mm PVC foot valve all as specified and as directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY - DG SET : Supply, install, test, commission complete of manufacturer or OEM manufactured static silent sound proof integral accustic enclosure Diesel Engine driven Generating set capable of delivering 5 KVA coupled with IC engine capacity water cooled outdoor type 415 Volt AC-3 phase 4 wire system supply 50 Hz with inbuilt alternator, dynamo, Radiator water cooled, acoustic enclosure. Fuel tank with 60 Ltr tank and DG set controller having all safety features such as over/under voltage protection, over/under current protection, Low/High Temparature protection, Low/High oil pressure protection, Low/over speed suitable for condition prevalent at Viringli Island including all features to comply with latest CPCB guidelines including all foundation works complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: - (i) Load test shall be carried out by the Contractor with his own arrangements, all the misc items requried for testing such as Diesel, Resistive load etc. should be arranged by the Contractor for testing purpose only. (ii) Tool Kit Operation and Maintenance catelogue, test certificates, spare part list overhauling manuals guarantee card shall be provided as per manufacturer practices.

SOLAR PV GENERATION : Design, Supply, Install, testing and commissioning of Ground mounted Solar PV generation 3 KVA Off grid type with Battery backup of min 04 Hrs consists of following specifications: - (i) Solar PV Module : Made of mono crystalline silican base modules with top layer made of High Transmission Low iron Tempered glass AR coated designed with following specifications (i) Peak power - > 335 Wp (ii) Maximum Voltage 37.22 V (iii) Open ckt voltage - 45V (iv) Max Current - 6.72 A (v) Short Circuit currrent - 7.5 A, (vi) Efficiency not less than 15% should comply the IEC 61215, IEC 61730 & IEC 61701. (ii) Inverter : Three Phase 415 V AC, 50 Hz 5 KVA pure sinusoidal waform using IGBI Technology of switching with IP21 protection and should comply IEC 61683 and IEC - 2 for environmental safety standard. (iii) Battery Bank : Open ckt voltage of 240 V DC, 500 Ah Lithium ion type, each cell of 12 V DC maintenance free. (iv) Junction boxes : Made of Thermo plastic, dust, vermin and water proof with SS304 grade provided with IP 65 protection and able to withstand 1000V DC. (v) Mounting Structure : Structural material made of Hot dip galvanised steel with galvanisation thickness of min 80 Microns, bolts, nuts, panel mounting clamps tec. made of Stainless Steel SS 304, Panel tilt angle of 180 degrees and concrete ballast/ foundations made of fabricated PCC (1:2:4) and wind velocity with stand capacity 150 Km/hour. Note 1 : Rate quoted deemed to be inclusive of prelimanary and pre operative charges, operation and comprehensive maintenance for Five years.

Supply and fx ON LOAD change over switch 415V in sheet metal enclosures 4 pole of capacity 32 amps complete all as specified and as directed.

SEWAGE DISPOSAL : S&F 150mm dia High density poly ethylene pipes (HDPE) of pressure rating 6 kgf/cm2 laid in trenches or fixed in floors/ walls, laid and jointed complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F on site Conventional type LLDPE septic tank designed to carry sewage and sullage water, excavation in any type of soil, 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 (Type D2) bottom of pit including returning, filling & removal of excess excavated soil according to the size of septic tank, Vent shaft, connecting to existing Manhole and Soak well etc. complete for 10 users all as specified and as directed.

SHALLOW WELL : S&F 7.5mm thick aluminium Deco Grill of 50x50mm mesh including bedding/channel and necessary aluminium framework for fixing of aluminium deco grill including necessary fixing screws etc complete all as specified and as directed.
