Dismantling wrought iron or mild stee of any description not otherwise provided for all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of Asbestos cement (corrugated, Semicorrugated) shees in roof coverings all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc and revoving deris off the premises as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of Plain cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided and removing deris off the premises all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M& L for Plain Cement concrete (1:2:4)Type B1 ( using 20 mm graded stone Aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry (1:3:6) type C1 ( using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of mild steel work in structural steel sections (Circular/Rectangular/Square) conforming to IS 1161-1979 & 4923-1968 Grade St-240 as in posts,trusses, brackets, rafters, purlin members etc., including necessary welding complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparation of old steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof overing, chajja/cladding to wall etc., fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and directed

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof overing/cladding to wall etc , fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and directed.

S&F 0.56mm thick Aluminium corrugated sheeting Alloy 31000 H4, STUCCO Embossed finish with two corrugations side lap fixed with coach screw and aluminium washer in roof, walls and gates etc. with end laps stiched with 25 x6 mm GI bolts at 20cm apart complete all as specified and as directed.

S& F MS Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment complete all as specified and as directed.

Labour only for securely tying/ tightening the loose Bird proofing net with required GI/PVC/ Nylon wire for securing as required at a height upto 10m from the FFL at various locations in technical area complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- The work shall be executed upto 12 m height from GL. The contractor should make his own arrangement for mechanical equipment like boom lift/crane and/or steel tubular scaffolding for tying the bird proofing net. Contractor should take care of all necessary precautionary safety measures while doing the work. The rate quoted by the tenderer is deemed to be inclusive of the same and no claim whatsoever on this account is admissible.

Tightening/ refixing (Except sheeting) of corrugated galvalume/CGI sheets of any description in roofs/cladding with or without dismantling in same position with new self tapping screws as specified including removing old unservicable/ riveted/loose screws including refixing in position of gutters, ridges, channels etc all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- The work is to be carried out at a height 8-12m in Hangers and rate quoted shall deem to be included necessary scaffolding and temporary arrangements.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position over roof slab such as pre-cast slabs, coving and concrete padding etc incl existing tarfelt and cleaning/washing down and removing demolished material out side MD land and depositing where directed.complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting out cracks to 'V' section in existing roofs or terracing cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 mixed with and including water proofing liquid compound all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1 : 2 : 4 type B-0 ( using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) mixed with water proofing liquid as in padding on roofs to maintain slope as in correction layer of the depresed/ undulated portions and in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges etc., finishing the cement concrete even and smooth without using extra cement over a coat of neat cement slurry brushed on the existing surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Supply only water proofing liquid will be measured and paid separately under respective item .

Taking down existing tar felt, water proofing membrane of any description including water proofing plaster, cement mortar screed including cleaning up the surface with water and wire brush and removal of unserviceable debris to outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old plasterd and applying of cement slurry in honey consitency and applying screeding /rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) mixed with WPC finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement on RCC surfaces of roof all as specified and as directed. including preparation of old surfaces after applying of cement slurry Note:- Supply of WPC shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

M&L for preparation of the roof surfaces and applying bitumen primer @0.30 Kg per Sqm providing and laying 4mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weight not less than 4 Kg per Sqm reinforced with non woven polyster mat weight not less 160 gm per Sqm having softening point not less than 140 Degree centigrade, longitudinal tensile strength not less than 800N per 5 cm tearing strength of 180N (by torch application method) with minimum of 10 cm side laps and 15 cm end laps by application of torch.Applying a coat of blown grade hot bitumen 90/15 over the membrane @ 1.20 kg/sqm and applying a coat of solar reflective bitumious aluminium paint @ 0.1Kg/sqm all as specified and as per manufacturer instructions including cutting & inserting the membrane into wall/ parapet wherever required complete all as directed.

Supply only integral water proofing liquid complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description any thickness incl racking out joints hacking for keys scrubbing down with water etc and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces on external wall surfaces mixed with WPC , finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Supply of WPC shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

S & F chicken wire mesh 12.5 mm x0.51mm (22 SWG) of hexagonal construction on walls before plastering complete all as specified and as directed.
