Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, any description etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers the base plaster shall be 15mm thick in two layers. First layer 10mm thick in CM (1:6) & top layer 5mm thick in CM (1:4) mixed with approved water proofing compound @ 3% & shall be sufficiently rough and combed be wire brush or nail comb, feed from all dust, dirt, grease, oil etc for proper bonding. The base plaster shall be cured for 3 to 4 days before applying the grit wash plaster. A homogeneous mix of white cement, coarse sand and 10mm nominal size sone chippings of approved colour in proportion 1:1/2:2 be prepared by adding water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement and be mixed homogenously and then mix be applied on a prepared base surface with a float applying gentle pressure in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including beading, White cement slurry shall be applied @ 2Kg/sqm on base coat before applying a stone grit wash plaster. After the initial setting of about 1 to 2 hours the surface of stone grit plaster surface be scrubbed and washed out gently with a nylon brush and water. The cement on the surface of stone chips be washed away exposing the aggregates and plastered surface shall be cured for 14 days including necessary steel scaffolding work, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing 1.0mm to 1.5mm thick dune /grit finish ready mixed product with natural stone granules, minerals in partical size of 400-600, 600-800, 1000-1200 microns consisting of excellent synthetic/ acrylic binder anti cracking, anti foaming, anti fungal, anti rusting agent and applied directlely over the cement plaster/ stone surface over a coat a of base coat including necessary steel scaffolding work, complete all as sepecified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed. Note for Item Nos 1 to 4 :- The work will be executed upto G+2 storey.

Demolition of cement concrete ( unreinforced ) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thick above or below ground level complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick Cement concrete type D-2, (1:4:8) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm stone aggregate as in leveling course complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats with shutter (without taking off shutters from the frame) area n.exc. 1.50 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

S&F powder coated aluminum partition using 95.6mmx 44.8mm x 1.00-1.2mm frame work with 12mm thick exterior grade veneered particle board with decorative veneers on both face/5.5mm thick frosted glass including aluminum beading for fixing board each panel n.exc 1.2 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F powder coated aluminum window using 63mmx38mmx1.6mm chowkhats with 48mmx48mmx1.6mm openable section as in shutter including ornamental aluminium grill, 5.5mm thick glass panes of approved make with rubber for fixing glass and including builders hardware such as aluminium handles 100mm-02 Nos, tower bolts 100mm-02Nos, hooks and eye-02 Nos 150mm, butt hinges 100mm 04 Nos etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantiling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) rubbish off the premishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like including 15mm screed bedding in cement mortar (1:4) and pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in skirting/dado including 15mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:3) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B1 ( 1:2:4) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar band, copings, covings, hold fast block, bed plates, and like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed complete all as specified.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete type C-1, (1:3:6) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as plinth protection and finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
