M&L Pre-cast PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone agg) cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks exc. 10cm in width and set in cement mortar 1:6 built in cement mortar of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on brick or concrete surfaces of wall and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all specified and directed.

M&L for cement plaster rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces with two coats i.e. (10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:6 and 5mm thick finishing coat in CM 1:4) and mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions, finished even and smooth without using extra cement (WPC to be measured and paid separately) and Taking down old cement plaster on brick or stone walls, or concrete walls etc., hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., including removal of rubbish off the premises complete all as per specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound of approved make (ISI marked) all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement plaster rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surface as on wall finished even and smooth without using extra cement and taking down old cement plaster on brick or stone walls, or concrete walls etc., hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., including removal of rubbish off the premises complete all as per specified and directed.

M&L applying two coat of cement based paint over a coat of primer, including preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces with smooth finish of any description, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls applying wall care putty of one coat over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth finish and applying two finishing coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L walling of random rubble, uncoursed, Bangalore type masonry well bonded bedded solidly hearted built in CM 1:6, extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints, key pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoarsed or brought upto courses in CM 1:4 all as specified and directed.

Fixing only walling random rubble, uncoursed, Bangalore type masonry (except stone) well bonded bedded solidly hearted built in CM 1:6, extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints as specified, key pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoarsed or brought upto courses in CM 1:4 and including removal and refixing, built in cement mortar of any description as specified and directed. (Old stones shall be re-used).

Material and labour for keyed pointing in cement mortar 1:4 to random or polygonal rubble including racking out joints / points in cement mortar to squared rubble masonary coursed or un coursed etc complete, all as specified and directed.

Raking out joints/ pointing to random rubble or polygonal rubble uncoursed or brought up to courses with cement or cement lime mortar.

S&F in repair concertina coil of 610mm dia (in stretched position) hot dip galvanised steel wire coated with CLR ante corrosive coating making diamond shape with the help of devotail clips (18 SWG) fixed over barbed with the angle iron the concertina coil is to be fixed with barbed wire at points where coil touched the bottom of barbed wire with the help of hog rings (14 SWG) complete,incl removal of old unserviceable coil of any description all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair galvanised two strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed wire with 2 mm barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised MS wire staples or steel pins etc as directed (each line wire to be measured).

Restraining and resecuring barbed wire including making good staples etc (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L broken glass coping on top of walls in cement mortar 1:3 including taking down old glass and removing the rubbish.

Note for item No 16 : The unit quoted rate deemed to be included for following :- (a) 25mm thick layer of cement mortar glass (of bottle or thick glass) broken to approximately 63mm gauge, shall be firmly embedded at the rate of 10 Kg of glass per square metre of rendered surface, jogged edges of the glass being left projecting. Material and labour for 25 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring surface as in level course etc including demolition of existing old cement concrete, including disposal of demolition material upto 500mtr from MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surface of wall, washing down, brooming down or steel wire brushing down smoke soot, moulds mass, efflorescent , trading, oil, greasy spots and applying one coat of cement based paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall by using pressure washer, removal all dirt and dust and applying one coat of exterior emulsion weather proof paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Providing, cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded) in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) setting in CM 1:6 work for landings, cover slabs, manholes, chajjas, water troughs, manger shleves and similar articles with plain faces including demolition of old reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth all as specified.

Note :- An amount of Rs 1,14,200.00 on account of credit schedule for schedule 'A' part II shall be deducted from the total amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum.
