Overhauling of SF6 Gas Circuit Breaker and associated works at 400KV Sub Station Sarnath, Varanasi Overhauling of 400KV ABB make Circuit Breaker installed on 400KV Side of 315MVA ICT-III at 400KV Sub Station Sarnath, Varanasi : 1. Overhauling of Drive Mechanism. 2. Overhauling of Magnetic Ventille 3. Overhauling of Interlock mechanism 4. Overhauling of Straight Pole column.
Overhauling of DAC, Poles etc.The work includes : 1. Extraction of SF-6 gas from all three poles with the help of gas extraction equipment and stored in the empty SF-6 gas cylinder. 2. Dismantling of DAC (All the three Phases) with the help of Hydra. 3. Dismantling of Poles (All the three Phases) with the help of Hydra. 4. Changing the fixed & Moving Contact of Circuit Breaker. 5. After complete overhauling D.A.C. and poles its erection as per original. 6. Making vacuum of (all the three Phases) poles and filling of SF-6 gas as per the direction of supervising engineer for proper operation circuit breaker.
Shifting of of Dilo Machine from Storage place to loading place, Safe Loading of the same on suitable Vehicle at 400KV Sub Station Rasra, Balia; Safe carriage of above loading material on vehicle to be arranged by the contractor from 400KV S/S Rasra, Balia to 400KV S/S Sarnath, Varanasi; Safe Unloading of above material loaded on vehical, shifting of same to safe storage place at 400KV S/S Sarnath, Varanasi.
