MP Fund -25-26 - Providing and Installation of High Mast light to Vettavalam Bus stand in Vettavalam Town Panchayat,Thiruvannamalai District.

Supply and erection 9 mtr high mast including supply of high mast shaft sections suitable for 50m/sec wind speed with raising and lowering system comprising head frame, luminaires carriage suitable for 6 nos 60 LED 300 watts luminaire in symmetrical arrangement, double drum winch,6mm diarope,hardened foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with plates nuts,anchor, templates etc,supply of twin dome aviation obstruction lights with neon lamps. control box at the bottom of the mast with a 32amps TPN MCB as incomer ,single dial time switch,32 amps contactor for automatic switching ,power tool control with 2nos 9A contactors for raise and lower push button and cable knock outs.all complete and erecting the same with construction of suitable shallow foundation with M20 concrete for the high mast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10MT/Sq.m at 1.5mtr depth, the high mast with the help of suitable cranes and other equipment ,wiring the luminaires with all wiring materials like1.5 sq.mm pvc sheathed flexible copper conductor cable and providing 2 nos 40mm dia GI pipe earthing for high mast as per IS 3043 and connecting the earth terminal of high mast with the earth electrode by 25mmX3mm GI earth flat.all complete including testing and commissioning.
