Repair & general maintenance and servicing of DG sets of any make of the following capacities which include replacement of worn out spares parts such as fuel filter, oil filter, lubricating oil houses, V-belt, Oil pipes, fuel pipe, water pump, cut out and tightening of nut bolts, washer, minor repair, servicing etc of DG sets :- 250/200 KVA Capacity

DG Set up to 75 KVA Capacity. Note:- For Serial item No 1 to 2 : Spares required shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of Schedule. The labour & fixing charges are deemed to be included in the rates quoted.

Dismantling and opening of Engine of DG Set 250 / 200 KVA i.e engine filter etc for inspection and repair at site. Note:- The spare parts shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items of this schedules.

Supply and replacement of the following spare parts for 250 / 200 KVA of Make:- Kirloskar/Greaves Cotton.

Hose pipe set

All as per Serial Item No 4 above but spare parts for DG set up to 75 KVA.

Dismantling and removing fuel injection pump from DG sets for repairs including re-calibration at authorized Service Centers, replacement of necessary spare parts such as delivery valves, plunger, ‘O’ ring, springs etc and refixing, testing complete all as specified of the following capacity :-

250 / 200 KVA Capacity

Upto 75 KVA Capacity

S&F in replacement of maintenance free Battery 12V, 180 AH complete all as specified and all as directed. Make:- Exide/TATA/Amron

All as per Serial Item No 7 above but of capacity 12V, 150 AH.

M&L for Auotomatic DC Battery Charger SMPS based 32 Volt output 10 Amp, input 230 volt AC for 2 Volt 100 Ah lead acid batteries.

M&L for replacement of flexible coupling including coupler bolts, nuts, washers etc and proper alignment all as specified and directed at site suitable for DG sets of capacity :-

250 / 200 KVA Capacity

Upto 75 KVA Capacity

M&L for flame proof asbestos rope of specified dia wrapped around the exhaust pipe in replacement complete all as specified and directed.

Repair/Overhauling of self starter 12/24 Volt of any make/capacity including replacement of minor items such as carbon brushes, nuts, bolts etc all as necessitated (All additional spares as required will be measured and paid separately).

Supply only spares for self starter 12/24 Volt and complete all as specified and directed :-

M&L for cleaning of fuel tank of DG sets of any make and capacity including replacement of fuel level indicating tube and markings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting of DG set with two coats of spray painting with synthetic enamel paints as per colour code after preparation of old painted surfaces and writing SM/MES Nos etc all as directed for the following capacity:-

Upto 75 KVA Capacity

250 KVA capacity but only inside and outside of the aucustic enclosure of the DG set.

All as above ser No 15 of cap 200 KVA.

M&L for battery lead, copper conductor 25 Sqmm, multi stranded, PVC insulated with suitable terminals at both ends complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replaced “V” belt as per sample for DG sets of following capacity. Make:- FENNER/ROFLEX/VEGRIP/POLY-F

250 / 200 KVA Capacity

Upto 75 KVA Capacity

Supply and replacement fuel flexible pipe, heavy duty with check nuts for DG sets of any make/capacity.

S&F in replacement of oil cooler suitable for 250 KVA of Make:- Cotton Greaves complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling the oil cooler from the engine of 250 KVA DG Set and transporting to the workshop for repair by means of gas welding/ breezing to the copper tubes and reassembling the same and pressure testing at the authorized workshop and back to the site and re-fixing in the engine and testing complete and all as directed.

Rubber mat of 1 Mtr x 2 Mtr x 19 mm ISI marked

Electric rubber hand gloves as per sample suitable for 33 KV

S&F of PVC Hose pipe of size 40/50mm dia with clams, nut & bolts suitable for DG sets as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Draining out the old oil from the engine of DG set of any capacity, cleaning the oil chamber and supply and filling of lubricant GENSET OIL. Make:- CASTROL/GULF

Supply and replacement of coolant suitable for DG Sets. Make:- GULF/COOLGUARD/CASTROL

Automatic star delta starter range 15-30 A suitable for 7.5 HP submersible pump. Make:- L&T

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 below normal ground level connected to galvanized strip of size 32 x 6 mm galvanized MS strip by means of bolts, nuts, checknuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No-5, connected to earthling test point all as specified or indicated including testing on complete including necessary earth work in any type of soil (Note:- Maximum length of GI protection pipe with each earth shall not be less than 7.5 Mtrs) including necessary earth pit cover, all as specified and as directed.

Supply and replacement of indicating lamp set (RYB) LED type complete
