Taking down complete existing water proofing treatment of any description over roof slabs including bedding layer and rouhrning of surface etc complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of cement Concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position including padding concrete of roof/ cjajjas all as specified and directed.

Providing Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate average thickness 40mm as in levelling / padding course on roof slab, projections on similar surfaces existing with slope making the surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

Rendering 10mm thick fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 laid over the RCC roof slab, parapet wall when the concrete is green at any height and making the surface fair and even without using extra cement including using liquid integral water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions all as specified and directed. Note: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound all as specified and directed.

APP modified prefabricated polymeric membrane 4mm thick and weighing not less than 4.5 kg/sqm reinforced with non woven polyester matt black finished, weighing not less than 100 gm/sqm having softening point not less than 140 degree Celsius longitudinal tensile strength not less than 300N/Sqcm, side lap and end lap 10 cm with torch application of membrane, over compatible primer at the rate of 0.40 Ltr/Sqm and finishing with aluminium paint applied at the rate of 0.10 Kg/Sqm finished complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 at sunken floor finished smooth and even without using extra cement incl using liquid integral WPC as per manufacturer instructions complete. Note: Supply of Integral water proofing compound will be measured and paid seperately.

Applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 Kg per sqm including cleaning the surface and APP based polymeric membrane weighing minimum 3Kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified and as directed.

20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 screed mixed with liquid water proofing compound over APP membrane in sunken floor all as specified and directed.

40mm dia light grade PVC Pipe at the lowest point with 30cm projection beyond the outer face of the wall in sunken floor all as specified and directed.
