SCHEDULE A PART I Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces, parapets including raking out joint, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, at any description with necessary scaffolding of max height for G+2 Bldgs etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar incl all quoins, arches pillars etc and removing unserviceable material exc 100 mtr complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Brick work with subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM ( 1:6 ) on wall/ concrete surfaces finish even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in two layer (10mm+5mm) in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work / concrete surfaces finished even and smooth with out extra cement with WPC complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge Note:- (i) water proofing compound on only top layer of plaster (ie 5mm thick) (ii) Qty of WPC 200ml per cement bag as per manufacturer instructions (iii) WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for rendering 5mm thick in ceiling cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound complete all as spesified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of primer over a coat of JK/Birla wall care putty complete all as specified and directed. Note : (a) Distemper work to be carried out through machinery only by authorized dealers/ applicators. (b) The entire stock of material / distemper will be kept at a storeroom provided to the contractor. Two lock system for the storeroom will have one key with the contractor and the other with the user, either PMG rep/ user unit rep will be present when the storeroom will be opened for the issue of material for specific wk. (c) The bills produced by the contractor will be vetted from the manufacturer and fwd to GST section/ council for verification by GE.

M & L for complete removal of old plastered surfaces and applying two coats of Anti fungal weather coat with acrylic smooth exterior emulsion paint with silicone additives of required shade applied 1.67kg/10sqm of required shade over a coat of primer applied 2.20kg/10Sqm on new/ old surfaces including 2-3mm thick wall care putty , including necessary scaffolding for max height of G+2 bldg, etc complete all as specified and directed. Make of Acrylic emulsion weather coat paint :- Asian (Apex Ultima), Berger (Super coat ) or ICI Dulux (weather shield), Nerolac, etc Make of primer :- Asian or Equivalent. Note :- (a) Preparation/ scrapping of surfaces will be carried out through machinery only. (b) Each stage i.e. application of primer, application of exterior emulsion first and second coat will be passed from Engr-in -Charge. All painting work will be carried out through machinery only. (c) A warranty of four years or as per manufacturer's instructions, whichever is higher and 2% of retention money as a guarantee against the work done will be furnished by the tenderer for all interior and exterior painting work. (d) The entire stock of paint will be kept at a storeroom provided to the contractor. Two lock system for the storeroom will have one key with the contractor and the other with the user, either PMG rep/ user unit rep will be present when the storeroom will be opened for the issue of paints for specific wk. (e) The bills produced by the contractor will be vetted from the manufacturer and fwd to GST section/ council for verification by GE.

Disconnecting existing tanks capacity of tanks exe 250 ltr and n.exe 500 ltr setting aside (or lowering if required) for repair, cleaning etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position including Cleaning & removing all dirt and scale from tank and also from mouth of pipe completly as directed by Engineer-in charge.

S&F 3.00 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty or wooden beading in square not exceeding 0.50 sqm in each panes including hacking out old broken glass ( any tickness size ,quality or description ) from wooden frame or steel frame etc and complete all as specified and directed.
