Supply & laying in replacement of Telerex DWC (double Wall corrugated) HDPE pipe ISI marked of outer dia of 120 mm and inner dia 103 mm polethylene including couplers, bends, cap etc with smooth internal and profiled external surface for non pressure under ground cable complete all as secified and directed.

Excavation in soft loose soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and n exc 1.5 mtr depth and getting out incl forming of bottom for laying cable all as specified and directed.

Excavation in hard and dense soil Iincluding road cutting etc not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and n exc 1.5 mtr depth and getting out incl forming of bottom for laying cable all as specified and directed.

Returning filling using excavated soil including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cms all as specified and directed

Removal of excavated surplus soil n.exc 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtrs above the starting point all as specified and directed

Supply and jointing Straight through joint epoxy type for LT cable PVC/XLPE insulated armoured aluminium conductor of size 300 sqmm 3.5 core 1100 volts grade complete with jointing kit all specified and directed

M&L for earthing complete with Galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mir deep below GL) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and electrode connections by using Galvanized earth strip 32x6 mm size connected by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanized iron or steel, provision of 15 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for protection of G1 earth wire and 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering arrangement and PCC (1:3:6) , type CI chamber. MS funnel, wire gauge. 50 mm thick RCC 1:2:4, type B1 earth pit cover with 6 Nos. 8 mm dia high strength deformed steel TMT bars on both ways including necessary excavation in any type of soil, returning, filling in, removal of surplus soil to distance n exc 50 mtr, provision of charcoal and salt complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of schedule Part-I. Note: (i) Cost of GI earth wire and GI protection pipe upto 7.5mtr length shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted for this item. (ii) The unit rate shall also includes for Wire mesh, funnel, excavation, returninng & filling, PCC chamber pit, RCC cover & test point. (iii) PCC pit shall be provided at least 500mm away from the earth pit and not just on the earth pit. (iv) All accessories required for galvanised steel plate electrode required, as specified and as directed.
