Providing, Laying, testing and commissioning of 'C' class heavy duty MS Pipe of size 150 mm dia conforming to IS:1239/3589 including fittings like elbows, tees, flanges, tapers, nuts bolts, gaskets etc. in ground including excavation and providing cement concrete blocks as supports, anticorrosive treatment with collar / asphalt tape as per IS: 10221, refilling the trench etc. of following sizes complete as required.

Providing, Laying, testing and commissioning of 'C' class heavy duty MS Pipe of size 150 mm dia conforming to IS 3589 and 1239 including fittings like elbows, tees, flanges, tapers, nuts bolts, gaskets etc. fixing the pipe on the wall / ceiling with suitable clamps and painting with two or more coat of synthetic enamel paint of required shade complete as required.

Supplying & fixing Butterfly valve of size 150 mm dia with C.I. body & disc, stainless steel/carbon steel shaft, Hand lever operated, PN 1.6 rating, conforming to IS:13095 of following size as required.

Providing & fixing of pressure switch in M.S. pipe line including extra piping & connection etc. complete as required.

Providing and fixing in position the industrial type pressure gauges with gun metal / brass valves including extra piping & connection etc complete as required

Tracing the existing pipeline & connecting the new pipeline with existing pipeline with the help of precision type pipe locator/route tracer so that whole system run in Automatic mode complete as required.

Supplying, Fixing,testing and commissioning of fire dampers in supply air duct/main branch and return air path as and where required of required sizes i/c control wiring,the damper shall be motorized and spring return so as to close the damper in the event of power failure automatically and open the same in case of power being restored. The spring return action shall be inbuilt mechanism and not externally mounted. The damper shall also be closed in the event of fire signal complete as required and as per specifications.

Supplying and Fixing, 63mm dia., 15mtr. Long Gun Metal type RRL hose pipe with 63mm dia. male and female Gunmetal couplings duly binded with GI wire, rivets etc. conforming to IS- 636 (Type-A) complete as required.

Callibration & programming of existing EST panel to identify correct alarm activate location on display panel including deposition of all software accessories including password & SDU file in pendrives to the AAI etc as required.

Repair & modification of existing hose boxes & wet riser including replacement of damage parts such as locking arrangement, glass cover,rubber packing,including painting etc. as required.

constructing brick masonry manhole in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) with R.C.C top slab with 1:1.5:3 mix( 1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size),foundation concrete 1:4:8 mix(1 cement:4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size), inside plastering 12mm thick with cement mortar 1:3(1 cement:3 coarse sand) finished with floating coate of neat cement and makingh channels in cement concrete 1:2:4(1 cement:2 coarse sand: 4 garded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) finished with a floting coat neat cement complete as per standard design. Inside size 120X90cm and 90cm deep including C.I.cover with frame (medium duty)500mm internal diameter,total weight of cover and frame to be less than 116kg (weight of cover 58kg and weight og frame 58kg) with comman burnt clay F.P.S bricks of class designation 7.5

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:2:4(1 cement: 2coarse sand,4 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size derived from natural sources) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering-All work up to plinth level.

Providing and laying non-pressure NP2 class (light duty) 300mm dia.R.C.C pipes with collars jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2fine stand) including testing of joints etc. complete.

Cutting road and making good the same including supply of extra quantities of materials i.e. Aggregate,moorum and red bajri required.(Bituminous portion)

Supply,Installation,testing and commisioning of 3 loop addressable fire alarm panel of make Morley Honeywell model (ZX5Se) or similar make compatible with addressable morley make detectors and have 6X40 characters,blue LCD display,programming through PC or keypad,160 fire zone,RS-485 port for peripheral connection,2-programable output sounders i/c loop cards & accessories.
