Dressing of side shoulder / Scrapping the road side shoulder by Mechanical means ( By JCB /DOUZER) including excavation of raised side shoulders upto 15cm depth including remooving /cutting bushes,grass and dressing shoulder to desired camber and disposing of excavated stuff up to road boundary excetra complete. as directed by Engineer In Charge.
Excavation for catch / side water gutter in all sorts of soils to the specified section including stacking the excavated stuff in a regular bund and disposing of unsuitable or excess stuff as directed all sorts of soils.

Stabilization of Soil or Sub-Base/Base Course or Existing Pavement Crust upto the required depth by In-Situ Stabilization method using Cement / Cementitious additives / Chemical additives / Combination: - Providing and pre-spreading of Binder (Cement / Cementitious additives / Chemical additives / combination) at rate of required quantity (% by weight) as per job mix design in accordance with IRC 37-2018 using a truck-mounted automated binder spreader with micro-processor controlled weighing and spreading system. The binder spreader shall have variable working width upto 2.4 metre to efficiently manage the width of the whole pavement. The in-situ stabilization process shall be carried out using a self-propelled wheeled Stabilizer / Reclaimer with a minimum working width of 2metre or 2.4metre and minimum engine horsepower of 305 kiloWatt having in-built automated water-spraying and depth control systems with variable working depth of up to 500 milimetre. The entire in-situ process shall be carried out in a single pass including pulverizing of soil/aggregates/ combination or milling of existing asphalt pavement and simultaneous mixing with pre-spread binder (cement/additive) and water to the desired depth. The resultant stabilized mix shall be compacted using a vibratory padfoot compactor of 14-20 tonne weight as per design depth and then graded to the required profile, level and thickness using a motor grader. The graded surface shall be then compacted using a smooth vibratory roller to achieve the desired proctor density as per IRC 37-2018 and complete in all respects including curing with water as required including all materials, labor, machinery, excetra. Necessary graded stone aggregates shall be added by pre-spreading with cement to achieve desired gradation and profile of the road. The minimum unconfined compresssive strength (UCS) of stabilized sub-base should be 4.5 / 7 MPa after 7 / 28 days curing as per IRC 37-2018 .Also, durability aspects (wet-dry cycles) of stabilized sub base should be satisfied as per IRC 37-2018 .The gradation mixes and materials should be as per IRC 37-2018.
Providing earth work in embankment with approved materials obtained from other sources upto lead of 5000 metre including all lifts, laying in layers of 20 centimetre to 30 centimetre thickness breaking clods, dressing to the required lines, curves, grades and section, watering and compaction with vibratory roller with V-Sat attachment to achieve not less than 97 % of standard proctor density excetra complete ( Material obtained from Other sources)

Supplying and Fixing of Molded Shank Raised Pavement Markers / Cat's Eye made of polycarbonate and ABS moulded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face and shall support a load of 16000 kg tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280 Type H and complying to Specifications of Category A of MORTH Circular No RW/NH/33023/10-97 DO III Dt 11.06. 1997. The height, width and length shall not exceed 50 milimetre, 100 milimetre and 102 +/- 2 milimetre and with minimum reflective area of 13 Sqcm on each side and the slope to the base shall be 35 +/- 5 degree. The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks, (of diametre not less than 19 +/- 2 milimetre and height not less than 30+/- 2 milimetre) from the body is to be a minimum value of 500 Kilogram. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer's recommendation and complete as directed by the engineer.The contractor shall submit a two year warranty for satisfactory field performance including stipulated retro-reflectance of the reflecting panel, to the Engineer.
Providing and Fixing of Median Marker that are made of tough, high impact resistant, injection-molded, thermoplastic body with an isosceles trapezoidal structure of length, width and height not less than 15 centimetre, 10 centimetre and 10 centimetre respectively and thickness not less than 1.8 milimetre, the body structure shall be rounded at its acute angle, all the corners and edges. The plastic used for molding the Median Marker shall have a minimum Notched Izod Impact strength value of 600 J/m at room temperature, when tested in accordance with ASTM D256 and shall retain at least 70% of this value when subjected to accelerated weathering for 1000 hours as per ASTM G155 or UL746C. The logo of the manufacturer shall be embossed on either side of the body in the injection molding process. The Median Marker shall have rectangular-shaped, fluorescent yellow color retro-reflective sheeting of size not less than 8.5 centimetre * 8.5 centimetre and with fully reflective micro prismatic cube corners as its retro-reflective elements as per Indian Road Congress 67 2010 and ASTM D4956 type XI specifications reflectivity values. The retro-reflective sheeting shall be one or both sides of the Median Marker and shall be edge protected with no exposed edges which will prevent edge lifting, vandalism, sheeting damage, excetra The Median Marker shall be fixed by a combination of epoxy adhesive and grouting.
