28 Providing and fixing 35 mm thick factory-made pre-laminated ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) door shutters of approved make and design, moulded in different patterns, complete with all fittings and accessories. The door shutter shall consist of an all-round frame made of waterproof solid foam PVC bars of size 20 mm × 32 mm, reinforced with 32 mm × 32 mm LVL (Laminated Veneer Lumber) vertical members (2 Nos.). The core shall be of 32 mm thick high-density craft paper honeycomb board, sandwiched on both sides with 1.5 mm thick pre-laminated ABS sheets, and finished with 0.45 mm thick PVC edge banding on the vertical sides. 29 Providing and fixing UPVC / solid PVC door shutters or partition walls with jambs, complete with all fittings and accessories, as per approved specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. The shutter and frame shall be fabricated using 19 gauge, 19 mm MS square tubes for styles and outer frames, and 15 mm MS square tubes for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail.
