REPAIR AND OVERHAULING OF CEILLING FAN, WALL MOUNTING, EXHAUST FAN, GEYSER ETC AT DRONACHAL TOP BHOPAL

Taking down Unserviceable ceiling fan/exhaust fan/wall mounting fan of any sweep/capacity after diconnecting electric supply, sealing cable end, dismantling blades and removing fan,blades and depositing to AGE E/M Store of MES on day to day complaints complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Hanging only ceiling fan (M.D.supply) from store for day to day complaints and connecting up including provision of cable from ceiling rose or connector to fan and quarter pin complete all as specified and directed by ENGR-IN-CHARGE. Note: Relevant Electrican must check the shaft, quater pin and all related accessories after fixing the fan to avoid any mishappenings.

Opening Ceiling fan/Exhaust fans/Wall mounting fans from any position after taking down and disconnecting the electric supply for repair/over hauling including removing dust and greasing, and cleaning of blades and fan with kerosene oil and checking of alignment of shaft, oiling including re-assembling, nut bolt checking and connecting/refixing of fans in its original position burnt out fan shall be kept separately for rewinding complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. NOTE: Rewinding and replacement of defective parts shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for Rewinding ceiling fan of sweep 1200 mm/1400 mm with suitable gauge copper winding wire (super enamelled) including all insulating material after necessary heat varnishing testing etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Rewinding Exhaust fan of sweep 250/300 mm with suitable gauge copper winding wire (super enamelled) including all insulating material after necessary heat varnishing testing etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Rewinding Exhaust fan of sweep 350/450 mm with suitable gauge copper winding wire (super enamelled) including all insulating material after necessary heat varnishing testing etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for painting of following Item with two coats of DUCO paint (ISI grade) white using spray machine spray painting including cleaning, washing and preparation of old painted surfaces including MES Nos are Entered in all ceiling and Exhaust fan in site only, complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge:- Note:- (painting shall be carried out in E/M Yard)

(a) Ceiling fan upto 1200/1400 mm sweep complete.

(b) Exhaust fan upto 250/300/350/450 mm sweep with smoke grey.

(c) Geyser 25 liter cap.

(d) Geyser 50 liter cap.

Supply and fixing in repair metal fan blade of any type and any size suitable for 1200 mm/ 1400 mm Ceiling fan complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair metal fan blade of any type and following size suitable for exhaust fan of any capacity, of existing make, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(a) 300mm sweep

(b) 380mm sweep

(c) 450mm sweep

Supply and fixing ceiling fan regulator stepped type ISI marked, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Supply and Fixing ceilling Fan down rod of size 15mm GI pipe medium grade(ISI mark) length upto 50cm including making holes, nut bolts, spilit pin washers etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge..

Taking out and replacement of following accessories form ceiling fans taking down vide item No 1 here in before complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

(a) Bearing No 6201, Make : SKF/NBC

(b) Bearing No 6202, Make : SKF/NBC

(c) Bearing No 6203, Make : SKF/NBC

(d) Rubber Bush , nut, bolts ,washer and split pin etc as reqd at site suitable for ceiling fan

(e) Condenser 2.5 mfd, Make: Epcos/Tibcon

(f) Condenser 4 mfd, Make: Epcos/Tibcon

(g) Ceiling fan shaft

(h) Ceiling fan clamps

(j) S&F ceiling fan canopy for suitable of 1200/1400 mm sweep complete

M&L for Fixing of Geyser in existing or new position by providing suitable size of anchor fastner and connecting PVC flexible inlet and outlet pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for repairs to defective/leakage of geyser 25/50 ltr capacity inner tank of copper/Steel by brazing, soldering, gas welding including testing for leak proof upto the satisfaction of the EIC complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F Gun metal half turn UPVC gate valve of 25mm dia and fixed in position after taking out unserviceable gate valve complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Gun metal half turn UPVC gate valve of 20mm dia and fixed in position after taking out unserviceable gate valve complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down and dismantling the outer cover of geyser of any capacity and removing the scaling including repairing and replacement of the inlet and out let pipe and re-assembling the same after testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking out and repalcement of following unserviceable parts of Geyser :-

(a) Inner tank stainless steel 25 ltrs cap ISI marked Make: Bajaj / Racold / Zenith / Thermex

(b) Thermostat ISI marked Make : Danfoss / Ranco / Indfoss

(c) Triangle Heating element 1.5 KW/2 KW, ISI marked Make : Bajaj / Usha/Theta

(d) Indicator lamp with flexibe copper wire of suitable size Red/Green

(e) PVC Connection with steel reinforced pipe for hot water connection of Size 18" x 1/2" Make : Prayag/equivlent in approved make by GE.

Supply and fixing PVC insulated multistranded Copper conductor, sheated round cable ISI marked 1.5 sqmm x 1 core complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for sheet metal enclosure with socket and plug top single pole & neutral with a two pin & earth plug & socket complete with one MCB SP 20 amps, 240 volts.

Supply and replacement of switch socket combined outlet 6 pin flush 15 Amp multi, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material & Labour for sub main wiring with two run of PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor fire retardant cable 2.5 sqmm size (Nominal area) and one run of PVC insulated unsheathed solid core copper conductor cable 2.5 sqmm size in including PVC casing capping flat pipe of required size complete all as directed.

Material & Labour for sub main wiring with two run of PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor fire retardant cable 4 sqmm size (Nominal area) and one run of PVC insulated unsheathed solid core copper conductor cable 4 sqmm size in including PVC casing capping flat pipe of required size complete all as directed.

M&L for 16 A plastic Plug top with indicator including all insulating material etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Make : Orient, Anchor,Havells

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc.removing materials to store for keeping in safe custodyor for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc.

M & L for point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm multi stranded FRLS copper conductor 1100 V grade PVC insulated unsheathed cable drawn in & including PVC casing caping, ISI marked with all accessories (casing caping as approved by EIC ) with PVC 1.5 sqmm multi stranded insulated unsheathed copper wire for continous earth, including sunk in cast iron/MS terminal box duly painted with aluminum paint inside and anticorrosive paint out side with 2.8 mm thick backlite sheet cover for mounting switch & sockets for the following:- complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (Note : Colour code wiresas specified to be used for wiring)

(a) One light/fan/ cal bell point controlled by one switch.

Supply and fix in replacement of switch piano type flush type single pole one way 5 Amps, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Note for Item No 4.00 to 6.00 and 12.10 to 12.90 :- (a) Repairing/ rewinding of ceilling fan/ exhaust fan shall be carried out in the AGE E/M Dronachal subdivision in presance of concern JE E/M. (b) Contractor shall detail the staff to collect defective fans from concern JE E/M, check the fans after opening it, and intimate the defects in the fan to JE E/M before carring out the repairs. (c) The bearing of fan should be of NBC/SKF make only. (d) Contractor will provide sticker of each repairing fan with date and name of frms. (e) Repaired Ceiling fan/wall mounting Fan/ Exhaust fan if found defective within two year should be repaired without any extra cost. (f) Taking down fan must be repaired, rewinded and refixed within 10 days
