M&L for cutting of vegetation plant from roof, terrace, chajjas etc digging out the roots and making good the surface in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) with surfaces finished to match the existing including scaffolding complete all as specified.

Disconnecting existing PVC tank of capacity exc 500 and not exc 1000 ltr, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning etc and hoisting if required re-connecting and re-fixing in position all as specified.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate ) as in roof padding, kerbs on roof etc complete all as specified.

M&L for 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete surface including finished even and smooth without using extra cement and mixing water proofing compound as per manufacturer's insturctions complete all as directed. (Note :- Water proofing Compound shall be measured and paid seprately)

Supply only water proofing compound liquid.

M&L for APP based modified prefabricated five layer 3 mm thick and weighing not less than 3.6 Kg/Sqm water proofing membrane reinforced with polyester non woven fabric mat with 150 gm/Sqm black finished and laid over compatible bitumen primer conforming to IS 3488 @ 0.30 Lit/ Sqm and bonding material 85/25 bitumen 1.2 Kg/Sqm before and after laying membrane laid by torch application method, 75mm side overlap and 100 mm longtitudinally overlap. At the junction of roof and parapet wall, a groove of 75mm wide and 65mm deep horizontal shall be made and filled with 1:3 (bituminious mastic) including sealing of joints/overlap with hot bitumen grade 85/25 including two coats of bitumunous aluminium paint over membrane complete all as specified. (Note : (a) The rate of necessary scaffolding wherever required shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of item. (b) Each step must be approved by GE before proceeding to next step. (c) Ponding test shall be carried out by contractor. (d) The contractor shall submit purchase vouchers alongwith test certificate before payment.

M&L in repair for gunniting work to RCC work as in column, slab, beam, walls, chajja, lintel etc by removing loose concrete cover etc, cleaning of surface with wire brush and applying epoxy paint to rusted reinforcement and S&F welded wire mesh fabric or wire nett not less than 95mm X 95mm X 3mm tied to existing reinforcement with nails, adhesive plaster grade for concrete and providing gunniting pressure 2.00/2.5 kg/sqm with admixture 1 part of cement and 3.5 part of sand with average gunnitting thickness 40 mm and making the surface even and smooth with 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on concrete surfaces without using extra cement including necessary form work complete all as spcified. (Note.- Wherever reinforcement required will be measured and paid separately).

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' works, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all specified.
