Opening of the medical air compressor (10T3NL) dismounting of various parts from it by employing chain pulley block, tools, tackles and skilled manpower. The job involves thoroughly dirt, grease and carbon deposits inside the compressor chamber by using wire brush, emery paper, blower etc. The job includes cleaning of compressor circuit by circulating through it solution of de-scaling compound, sulphatic acid solution of approved make for 24 hours with the help of descaling pump while maintaining Ph of 1 to 2. The further includes cleaning and dechoking of inlet and outlet piping. Providing of nuts, bolts, clamps etc. The job includes assembling, testing and commissioning of the unit on full load. All consumables items, welding machine, gas cutter, safety item etc to be arranged by the contractor. The job further includes;
Providing and fitting of Crank shaft.
Providing and fitting of connecting Rod. (LP side)
Providing and fitting of connecting Rod. (HP side)
Providing and fitting of Air cylinder LP side (5”)
Providing and fitting of guide cross.
Providing and fitting of complete PLT assembly of stop valve(4”)
Providing and fitting of piston ring set. (set of 4)
Providing and fitting of piston ring set. (set of 5)
Providing and fitting of plate valve (LP side )
Providing and fitting of plate valve (HP side)
Providing and fitting of pressure Gauge (25mm dia, 0-300 PSI)
