Taking out carefully PVC insulated sheathed armoured stranded aluminium conductor LT underground cable from trenches/ ducts/ walls etc., including necessary dismantling, demolition and disconnecting cables from existing power line complete all as specified and as directed for the following sizes of cable:- Note :- (i) Earth work excavation, returning filling and disposal shall be measured & paid separately under respective items. (ii) The surface disturbed during dismantling/demolition shall be made good by contractor at his own cost by using 1:2:4 type B1 concrete (or) in CM 1:4 which deemed to be included in the contractor quoted rate.

Laying only PVC insulated, sheathed, armoured heavy duty electric UG cable with multistranded aluminium conductor LT 1100 Volts grade laid in trenches/passing through pipe/duct or fixed to wall, panel etc., and connecting up including testing complete all as directed for following size of cables:- Note :- (i) Serviceable cables obtained from Item No 1.01 to 1.05 shall be re-used

Supply lay & testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminum conductor, 1100 volts grade, laid in trenches/passing through pipe/duct or fixed to wall/pole etc., and connecting up complete all as specified and directed for the following size of cable:-

4 core 25 Sq. mm Notes for Item No 2.01 to 3.06:- (i) The minor parts such as clamps, screw etc.,, required for fixing cables on wall, panel etc., shall be provided by the contractor at his own cost which is deemed to be included in the contractor quoted rate. (ii) Earth work excavation, returning filling and disposal, protection pipe, joint kit, HDPE pipe shall be measured & paid separately under respective items.

Surface excavation n exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified & as directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for laying cables and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in excavated soil including spreading levelling and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point all as directed.

Supply and spread dry river washed sand free from foreign material in trenches for cable cushioning all as specified and directed. Note:- For payment purpose only punned thickness of sand will be measured & paid.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable covers of class LV type-1, flat size 250 x 150 x 40 mm all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Galvanised steel tubing, light grade laid in trenches/ fixed to poles, walls etc as a protection for service cable including removing existing old unserviceable rusted pipe complete all as specified and directed for the following size of pipe:- Make:- Tata / Jindal / Prakash Surya

M&L for providing horizontal bore hole of dia upto 150mm below road/hard standing surface for the length upto 12 Metre and inserting GI/PVC pipe into the bore hole as cable protection complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Cable protection pipe shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

Taking out old U/S LT feeder pillar and Supply , Installing/ connecting & testing of LT feeder pillar box out door type, CPRI approved, weather and vermin proof, factory fabricated, epoxy powder coated paint , cubical type, made out of CRCA sheet 03 mm thick with mounting on frame of angle iron 50 X 50 X 5 mm fixed on ground but not less than height 30 Cm from ground level suitable for 415 volt, 3 phase, 4 wire system with front double door and rear single door with both side sliding tower bolts for locking arrangement including internal wiring with suitable size of copper standard wire complete all as specified, comprising by providing of the following equipment’s /fitments complete all as specified and as directed:- (a) Aluminium bus bar suitable for three phase of rating 500 Amps and neutral of rating 250 Amp covered with coloured PVC sleeves as per colour code mounted on DMC insulators - 01 Set (b) MCCB 315 Amp , 415 Volts, 4 pole , Breaking capacity 50 KA with thermal magnetic release - 01 No (c) MCCB 200 Amp , 415 Volts, 4 pole, Breaking capacity 36 KA with thermal magnetic release - 01 No (d) MCCB 125 Amp , 415 Volts, 4 pole, Breaking capacity 16 KA with thermal magnetic release - 02 No (e) Digital VAF+PF meter with suitable CT's complete - 01 Set (f) Indicator lamp (RYB) - 01 Set Make:- (i) MCCB : L&T / Legrand / C&S (ii) Panel : Maklayer / Expert Engineers/ Universal Switchgear Pvt Ltd. or equivalent make as approved by GE

Disconnecting of HT supply (11KV), earthing strips and dismantling carefully existing loop in loop out VCB HT panel and shifting to nearest substation located at a distance upto 1 km and re-installing and testing the same on load including providing nuts, bolts, washer & civil works complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, lay & testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 Volts grade 3 core 120 sq mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs out door type straight through joint heat shrinkable type for HT XLPE 11000 volt grade cable of size 3 core and connecting the cable with the load and testing for the cable size 120 sq mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1: 4: 8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass- concrete, complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1: 3: 6 type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass- concrete, complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1 : 2 : 4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping and the like including necessary form work etc, complete all as specified & directed.

Material and Labour for rendering of 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on vertical fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plate earthing with galvanised mild steel plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (in earth pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level) with the top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides and incl GI earth strip 25 x 4 mm bolted (with GI nuts, bolts & check nuts) and riveted to earth plate at one end and connected to metallic bodies of HT/LT equipment’s etc at the other end including 32 mm GI light grade pipe with all fittings from top of electrode to body of equipment fixed with iron clamps, bolts, nuts and washer and also including providing watering pipe 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade from bottom of earth pit to top of electrode complete with earth pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 12 mm graded crushed stone aggregate and RCC cover complete all specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-1 including testing earth resistance and submitting test report to AGE E/M by the contractor complete all as specified & directed. Note :- (i) Earthing resistance required in earthing shall less than 2.0 Ohms after completion of work. All earthing shall be tested by the contractor in presence of Engr-in-Charge. Test result shall be recorded and signed by the contractor and Engr – in- Charge. If contractor fail to achieve the above result the same shall be rectified by the contractor without any extra cost to Govt. The earthing result will be required maintaining up to end of defect liability period of one year and if any variation found in earthing result during defect liability period same will be intimated to the contractor by Engg-in-Charge and contractor shall rectify the same. The quoted rates shall be deemed to include for above said provision. (ii) Quoted rates shall be deemed to be included for earth strip with protection pipe up to 7.5 length.

Supply & fix in repair out door type straight through joint heat shrinkable type for LT XLPE / PVC 1100 volt grade cable and connecting the cable including testing on load complete all as specified & directed for the following size of cables:-

LT cable size 3.5 X 25 to 70 Sq mm

LT cable size 3.5 X 95 to 185 Sq mm

Supply and lay fly ash bricks of designation 75 kg per cm square, old size for protection of under ground cable in trenches all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs stainless steel enclosure with in-built neutral link suitable upto125 Amp MCCBs, 36kA complete all as specified and as directed. Make:- Cat part no CM90996OOOO of L&T (or) equivalent make in Havells/Legrand

Supply & fix in repairs MCCB, 415 Volts, 3 pole with thermal magnetic release of the following rating. Make:- legrand / L&T / Havells / C&S .

MCCB 125 Amp , Breaking capacity 16 KA

MCCB 63 Amp , Breaking capacity 16 KA

Disconnecting of HT supply , earthing strips, and shifting of FRUM (11 KV) distance up to 05 KM and re-install, Connecting of HT supply and testing on load including necessary nuts, bolts & washers complete all as specified & directed.

Note:- (i) The amount against Schedule of Credit on Page No. 24 shall be deducted from the total amount quoted against Sch 'A' while deriving the Contarct Sum for Acceptance.
