Cleaning of chocked sewer line of any dia and depth up to 1.5 mtr manually or by means of mechanical appliances and making sewer line functional including working under foul condition and deposting the sludge off the premises at isolated places not exc 1 KM complete all as specified and directed.

Dewatering/ Desludgeing of existing septic tank, manually or using mechanical appliances including removal of sludge to a distance not exc 1 KM out side of ministry of defence land at isolated places, of following capacity complete all as specified and as directed :- Note : Item shall be operated when septic tank are over flowing with sludge. This aspect shall be verified by AGE (I) Pachamrhi in respect of every septic tank before allowing the contractor for cleaning of the same.

Desludging of existing manhole of any size upto 1.5 mtr deep, manually or using mechanical appliances including removal of sludge to a distance not exc 1KM out side of ministry of defence land at isolated places complete all as directed.

Excavating in trenches, n'exc 1.5M wide and n'exc 1.5M depth; for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cess pits, manholes, pier holes etc n'exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5M in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (PVC/ SGSW/ AC/ RCC pipe) of 150mm bore of pipe, set in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L concrete bed to pipes in PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid on slope and tested for 150mm bore sewer pipe line complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for salt glazed stone ware (SGSW) pipe conforming to IS, laid in trenches and jointed in CM (1:1) of 150mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs cast iron soil, waste and vent pipes in any length with or without ears, with cement joints and fixed to wall for following bore of pipes complete all as specified and directed:-

M&L for brick work with old size full brick subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforcement) in ground floor on paving n exc 15 CM thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as directed.

M&L for precast reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for cover slabs of manholes, cover slab set in CM 1:4 side portion only with plain surfaces including necessary form work (reinforcement to be measured and paid separately) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars as in reinforcement, 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick/block wall etc including racking out joints hacking for key ,scrubbing down with water as described.

M&L for 10mm thick plastering on other than fair faces of brick wall in CM (1:6), surface finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick plastering on fair faces of brick wall in CM (1:4), surface finished even and fair mixed with WPC as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed. Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.

S&F in repair PVC jet spray (butterfly) suitable for europian western commode (EWC) including PVC connection 15mm size with PTMT nut and washer of 900mm length complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only WPC integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&LCast iron nhani trap, including jointingto waste pipe fixed incement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4)

S&F vitreous china wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern), white, with and including plastic water closet seat, white, closed pattern with flat bottom and cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device, ( excluding fixing bolts, flushing cistern and flush pipe), including connection to drain (or outgoing pipe) and to flushing pipe, anti -syphonage pipe, etc., complete all as specified and directed. MAKE: Parryware, Model C0252 or equivalent model of make as specified in appendix.

S&F in repair vitreous china squatting pan of “Orissa” pattern of size 580 mmx 440mm white with integral foot rest (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) including connection to trap and to flushing pipe, anti syphonage pipe etc and making good to floor complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC 10 ltrs capacity symphonic action type low level flushing cistern including flush pipe, cantilever brackets incluiding taking down existing cistern etc complete fixed in repairs complete .

S & Fin repair for Wash basins, Vitreous China (flat back type) 550 x 400mm, including cutting for and pinning in ends of brackets or erecting stand , waste pipe etc fixed in repairs

S & F for Pillar taps, cast copper alloy, with capstan heads, chromium plated, screwed down high pressure, with or without lettered ‘Hot' or ‘Cold' with long screwed shanks and fly-nuts, screwed for iron pipe and fixed, 15 mm fancy type fixed in repairs
