M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on walls by mechanical means and preparation of surface and applying two coats of cement base paint (Ist quality) in plain patterns complete all as specified and directed

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment & thourughly wetted surface to ensure better sticking including sand paper gentle rubbing to obtain smooth surfaces, including all necessary arrangement for execution of work, preparation of surfaces with wall care putty on plastered surface and applying two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint (weather coat smooth) using hand roller over, brush over and incl one coat of primer on walls complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, ceiling incl.raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonary, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles and removal all rubbish material outside of MD Land complete all as specified and directed.

M&Lfor brick work with sub-class 'B' bricks (ols size), straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in In cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick masonry surfaces or concrete surface in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint (1st quality) in plain patterns over and including a coat of alkali resistant priming paint all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparing old painted steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 16-18mm thick Dholpur stone cladding gang saw cut with machine cut edges, uniform colour of each stone size not exceeding 0.25 sqm fixed with and including, making V groove at top and bottom of stone and drilling hole for hold fastener, polishing, rubbing & including silicon treatment over and incl 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 incl dismantlling of old broken, cracked stone complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing precast cement concrete louvers and jallies, 25 mm thick (measured solid) including all mouldings but excluding frame, type B-0 1:2:4 (12.5 mmgraded stone aggregate) set in CM 1: 4 incl dismantling old unserviceable jalli complete all as specified and directed.

M&L providing cement concrete 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded stone agg) as in lintel up to 1.5 mtr clear span, cills,steps,seismic and other similar bands , plinth course , string course,lacing course,parapets and railing up to 60cm in height,coping,kneelers,apex stones,bed plates kerb, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ
