M&L for cleaning & flushing of existing chambers, manholes any size and depth upto 2.0 m including removal & conveying of night soil by means of mechanical operation/civil agencies, spades, buckets and other suitable process to clear all silt, rubbish, sludge etc and depositing all rubbish silt etc to a pit and including excavation of pit in any type of soil; to a distance n. exc 500 m and finally top portion of pit to be covered by a 100 mm thick layer of excavated earth with and including spreading of bleaching powder complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: No Manual Scavenging shall be allowed.

All as per BOQ Serial item No.1 above but depth of manhole exc. 2.0 mtr and not exe.5.0 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

All as per BOQ Serial item No.1 above but from gully trap/ inspection pit of any dia of sewage or drainage pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cleaning of spot blockage of EWC/IWC/WHB of any dia at any location and at any height of building and make serviceable by using mechanical device or manually complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down inspection door from CI soil/vent pipe, bend/Tee/ "Y" junction and removing blockage material (including rodding if required) for cleaning of blockage and refixing the door after completion of the job complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cleaning & flushing of existing sewer lines including removal & conveying of excreta complte (by diesel running vehicle mounting hydraulic operated high pressure suction cum jetting sewer cleaning machine) and removal of night soil materials at a distance n. exc. 500 mtr, depositing the material in excavated pit including excavation and covering the pit with excavated earth, levelling of surplus excavated soil round the pit and spreading of bleaching powder around the pit complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: No Manual Scavenging shall be allowed.

Opening access door or cleaning eye of bends or junction of AC/CI pipe (soil/waste) at any position and at any height and cleaning by any means and flushing with clean water and refixing access door, complete all as specified and directed.

Opening of chocked nahani trap/floor trap by any means and flushing with clean water and refixing of grating complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15cm thick (below or above G.L) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demoltion of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facing, precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.
