Replacement of old brocken/ damaged / unserviceable Nylon Newar from charpoy GI pipe, after tightening of loose components of complete charpoy with and including new 12mm thick ply wood top exterior grade BWR type (Nos of ply 7) ISI marked and fixed with flat/dome head MS galvanised iron carriage bolts along with 02 MS stiffener made out of MS flat 35x5 mm duly painted with black colour and duly welded between long rails. The edge of ply wood shall be smoothened alround and corner shall be rounded to a radius of 1 cm. FD-220

S&F in repair 0.5 mm thick sunmica sheet, fixed by chemical adhesive to timber frame work as in shelves, shutters, cabinet of kitchen complete all as specified and directed.

REPAIRS TO BED PLY TOP:Removing of old unserviceable foot board and supply and fixing of new foot board made out of Ist class hard wood (Sisham/ teak) frame of size 900x450 mm including 4 mm thick both side teak face ply ISI marked and complete 4mm thick teak wood beading shall be provided all over complete all as directed.

REPAIRS TO BED PLY TOP:Removing of old broken long rails and supply and fixing new long rails of shisham/ teak wood of size 1800x90x35mm long as per drg duly French polished complete all as directed.

REPAIRS TO BED PLY TOP:Removing of old U/S worn out ply wood top and supply and fixing new ply wood top of size 1800x900 mm of 12 mm thick commercial BWR/ISI mark complete as approved by GE & rest all as per drg.

REPAIRS TO TABLE DINING 8 PERSONS: Removing of old U/S existing top from table and S&F new top of size as per drg. Top shall be 18/19 mm thick MDF board as approved by GE conforming to IS-12823 Grade-I type-II exterior grade duly screwed shade shal be Bavarian Beech. Edging all round the top shall be of 4mm teakwood. Make : Green panel max/Actiontesa/Asis ISI marked conforming to IS-14587.

REPAIRS TO TABLE DINING 8 PERSONS: Removing of old U/S leg and S&F new leg of seasoned shisham/ teak wood as per drg including french polishing to repaired portion only to match the existing surfaces of the item.
