Taking down copper /aluminium point wiring (light, fan, bell,socket or power) complete including fixture and fittings such as switches , ceiling roses , pendent , regulators, sockets, light fitting etc . Removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit ( credit a for above items should be made as per condition seperately ) and making good distrubed surfaces of walls, floors etc.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium Sub main wiring of any size from surface/concealed /existing conduit of any height and removing materials at site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors roofs etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old/unserviceable distribution board by disconnection of electric connection carefully SPN DBs/TPN DBs/ Main Switch including old unserviceable MCCBs/ MCBs, Isolators, etc and making good to disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed at site.

M&L for point wiring with 2.5 Sq mm single core PVC insulated FRLSH unsheathed copper multi stranded conductor and including PVC casing caping ISI marked of size 20/25mm inclusive of tees ,bend ,elbows etc including sunk Anodized pressed steel box 1.6 mm thick concealed in wall with white laminated colour 3 mm thick sheet cover of suitable size complete including PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor 2.5 Sq mm as earth wire to common earth dolly for connection to ceiling rose to earth terminal incl cutting, chasses and making good disturbed surface to match with existing finish with plaster for One light /Fan point controlled by one one way switch complete all as specified and directed at site.

Taking down geyser of any capacity from wall mountings after disconnecting electrical and water connections to carry out repairs and after repair fixing the same and making electrical and water connections, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed at site. Taking out complete internal assembly i.e. inner tank,inlet and outlet assembly,heating element,thermostate etc of geyser of capacity 25 ltr,de-scaling the inner tank using appropriate chemical (descaling agent),cleaning and washing complete accessories,reassembling the same position complate all as specified and directed at site.

Repair of copper /steel inner container of geyser of 25 ltr capacity by necessary welding/brazing to check the water leakage, testing by applying specified air pressure to ensure leak proof, reassembling of geyser complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair of apparatus plate assembly of brass suitable for 25 ltr capacity geyser with collar,gasket, inlet and outlet facilities, housing to accommodate heating element, thermostate,thermal cut out complete all as specified and directed at site. Note : Cost of drilling work, fixing accessories like nuts,bolts,washer/check nut etc and taking down and refixing of geyser are deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

M&L for painting of geyser up to 25 ltr with one coat of white paint as per existing colour using spray machine painting with synthetic enamel paint including cleaning, washing of surfaces complete all as specified and directed at site.

Note :-replacement of unserviceable parts like capacitor, bearing ,bush, hanging clamp,reel & nut bolt etc measured and paid separately.

Comprehensive maintenance and servicing of Dry type Transformer 315 KVA 11/0.433KV of Schineider Make consisting in CSS by disconnecting of HT/LT connection, opening of doors etc complete cleaning of the inside compartment, core and coils by vaccum cleaner incl lead supports, tap changer terminal boards, bushings and other insulated surfaces be wiped clean with a dry cloth and all connections must be checked for tightness after cleanining upto the entire satisfication of Engr-in-charge the transformer must be meggered and connecting all connection and necessary testing Complete with U/m Scope of work a) Cleaning of transformer from inside. b) Testing the Transformer for IR Values. c) Checking/servicing/calibration of WTI for healthiness d) Magnetic Balance Test. e) IR Value check before and after the work f) Voltage Ratio Test at 440V. g) DC Logic test h) .Commissioning of Transformer after completion of work j) Test results obtained shall be recorded and produced to the Engr-in-Charge. k) All Measuring equipments and T&P required shall be arranged by the contractor. l) Any item /activity not listed / covered here above and required during /completing the overhauling work will have to be arranged by Contractor himself. m) The rate quoted shall be deemed to include for Disconnection of Transformer HV/LV terminations for testing work and re-connections after completion of repair work .
