providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) and curing completed including cost of form work in foundation and floors.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401

Laying Inter Locking Tiles Providing and laying of interlocking concrete Block pavement having thickness 60 mm as per drawings and technical specification Clause 1504. (Exclusive G.S.B.

Class M-150 (Non Modular) B/W in 1:4 cement and fine sand motar foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc. required for propper completion of the work .

R.C.C work with cement approved course sand and 2 cm (3/4") gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion of 1:1.5:3 in lintels of doors and windows excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and bending the same with 24 B.W.G. G.I. binding wire and including neccessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including supply of all materials, labours and T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Binding wire cost being included in the itern.

Mild steel or jron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not included in an over all rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of all steel and wastages and over lapping and hookes

Class M-150 (Non Modular) B/W in 1:6 cement and fine sand motar superstructure above plinth level including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc. required for propper completion of the work .

12mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar 1:4 cement and fine sand (not less than in 1.25 FM)

Developmnt of Lawn Grassing with selection No. 1 Doob grass including watering and maintenance of the lawn for 30 days or more till the grass forms a thick lawn, free from weeds and fit for mowing including supplying good earth, if needed (the grass and good earth shall be paid for separately).
