RequiredThe bidder should have similar experience in providing cranes to any State/Central Govt./Semi-Govt./PSU Departments/ ULBs with a minimum value of work done i.e., ECV in any one year during the last (5) consecutive financial years of 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26 Certificate to be issued by an authority of rank not less than the cadre of Executive Engineer.

RequiredThe bidder shall deploy Cranes with Clutch Releasing Hooks and other required tools for Handling and Immersion of Ganesh idols (Chains, Base plates, etc.) as per requirement of the CMC officials

RequiredThe bidder shall deploy additional drivers (reserve) minimum of 50% of working cranes, Mechanics, additional fuel (diesel), spare cranes for any unseen repairs without hampering the allotted work

RequiredThe bidder shall submit the self-declaration on blacklisting and litigation history

RequiredThe bidder shall submit the IT Returns (FY: 2023-24, 2024-25, 2025-26)(Copies shall be uploaded along with Tender)

RequiredThe bidder should have PAN, GST Registration Certificate (Copies shall be uploaded along with Tender)

RequiredThe assessed available bid capacity of Bidders as per formula (3AN-B) shall be greater than the estimated contract value

Required1% EMD online payment or Bank Guarantee in favour of the Commissioner, CMC

RequiredThe bidder should have owned/ leased for static cranes of 30 T to 70 T - 04 nos, and mobile cranes 15T- 10 Nos cranes and upload valid RC of cranes of specified capacities at the time of submission of bids
