Providing /Fitting of Bronze bushes in two halves and NSK-14 Bearings to the Plummer Blocks of floating shafts of 06 No. radial gates installed at Ujh Barrage

Providing fitting of bronze bushes in two halves to the Plummer block of floating shaft of 16/20 ton capacity 6 Nos. radial gates U/s 3, S/w 1, 3, 7, 8, 9 installed at Ujh Barrage. The job includes dismantling of floating shaft from both side of the motor coupled Elecon gear box of central drive unit along with Plummer blocks of bushes type and NSK-14 bearing type. Strengthening of floating shafts along with Plummer blocks by way of welding, turning and polishing to make it the required size. The job also includes, Providing/fabrication, turning, machining the bronze bushes 04 no’s on each shaft in two halves as per sample, drilling holes in bushes making slots for lubrication greasing. Providing/fitting of bearing of02 no’s on each shaft NSK-14 type Plummer blocks by dismantling of old/ damaged bearings and fitted the same as per sample. Assembling of all parts with the unit after strengthening of the intermediate supports by way of welding to weakened portion/spot including replacement of old cotter pins, foundation bolts along with nuts. Providing/Fitting of grease nipples on each Plummer block to facilitate the lubrication process. Lubrication/greasing to both Plummer blocks i.e bush type and bearing type of above mentioned spillway radial gates and testing on full load at site. Complete job includes supply and fitting charges (skilled, semi-skilled), tools and tackles required for the execution of job along with the cost of material including transportation charges besides charges of installation and all the taxes as applicable
