Extra for VDF treatment including dewatering, grinding and finishing even and smooth using beam vibrator, dewatering mats, grinder, polisher etc all as specified and as directed.

M&L for alkaline based rust converter a syntehtic polymeric formula which converts existing moisture into a moisture free and black protective coating and should have minimum pH of 7.5 and shall be able to convert both hematite and magnetite forms of rust shall pass 400 alternate immersion cycles in 3.5 % NaCl.

Providing and applying Epoxy/zincnrich (galvanisation) conforming to ISO12944 anti-corrosive coating in 2 coats with time interval of minimum 6 hours. The coating should be impervious to prevent ingression of chlorides and carbon di oxide. The coating shall have ECorr value of -45 mV against SCE in 3.5 NaCL for 100 hours and electrochemical evaluation of max 0.5 mA /cm2. This coating shall be applied over coated rebars. Coated rebars are aloowed to be cure in air for Minimum 48 hours oras per manufacturer’s specification as direction of Engineer in-charge.

Providing and applying concrete penetrating, migratory bipolar corrosion inhibitor conforming to ASTMG-109) by brush/spray with dosage of 4 Sqm/ ltr, over the entire chipped off / exposed concrete area including material, equipment, labour etc. complete in order to arrest further corrosion of reinforcement bars. The application of Bipolar corrosion inhibitor should reduce the corrosion in terms of coulombs by 30% minimum upon migration through the embedded side of concrete as measured.

S&F Welded steel wire fabric complete to concrete using concrete nails weigh n exc 4 Kg per sqm.

M&L for Providing 50mm thick (average) ready to use polymer modified mortar on the exposed concrete surface sandwiched by a layer of weld mesh fixed to concrete using concrete nails. Note - Weld mesh shall be measured and paid seperately.

Providing and applying High strength, free flow microconcrete of M50 Grade whereevere required with required shuttering. Dry density of material should be 1900 Kg-2000 Kg per cum. No mixiing of aggregate /cement should be allowed. For more than 100 mm thickness 15-20% baby chips of <15 mm can be addedd.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing compound incl finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note-WPC shall be measured and paid seperately

M&L rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of ceiling in cement mortar 1:3 incl finished even and smooth (without using extra cement).

Providing applying 100% reactive, two compenent epoxy injection grouts designed as a moisture insensitive adhesive for numerous injections into concrete by injection grouting at 400-500 mm centre to centre through NRV packers of 12 mm dia fixed and drilled to the depth of 75mm to 120 mm, Injected into drilled holes at 4-6 kg /cm2 pressure and having tensile strength of as per ASTM-D-638-95. Mixing Ratio : 1:1 (Base: Hardener) by Weight Compressive Strength - >70 Mpa at 7 Days (Assuming 0.2kg consumption of epoxy). Note - Rate inclusive of drilling holes and nozle fixing, closing holes etc complete

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete surfaces mixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement including dismantling existing water proofing treatment any type and any thickness from top surface of RCC roof slab and removing the materials outside defence land complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under relevant item of this schedule)

Preparing the new plastered surface of roof, removing the dust and laitance etc, Apply one coat of polymer based priming bond coat 1:4:7 (polymer, water and cement) to seal all the pores on the treated surface. Lay 45GSM glass fibre mesh or geo textile on the primed surface while it is in tacky condition. Apply two coats of PU RoofKoat/Davko K10 of approved shade on the Glass Fibre Mesh with a gap of 3-4hrs between the coating complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and applying 2-3 coats of high build, high performance epoxy novolac ceramic filled and EPIPhenolic HBTL coating.with consumption of 350-400 g/sqm. Tank Interior coating is for both mild steel and concrete.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls including and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n. exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) incl staking serviceable material and removing debris outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick, PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), finished even and and fair as in plinth protection incl joints filling complete all as specified.

S&F framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. M&L preparation of new or previously untreated steel and iron surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enemel paint over a coat of red oxide.

M&L 75 mm thick cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate), as in sub base of floors complete all as specified and directed.
