Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of lightening stroke counter working electro mechanically without any power supply fixing on wall/piller as per site requirment Eqpt should have capacity of counting lighting stroke of 0.4 KA to 150 ka, all as OEM specification properly fixed on waal or pole with suitable clamps and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make- LS Counter of ABB or its equivalent

Supply, fixing and laying of single core multi stranded copper cable down conductor of size 70 sqmm incl mounting accessories and clamps properly on wall/ piller with suitable fixing material all as directed at site.

Supply, fixing & installation of of Copper Strip of size 20mm X 3mm as a ring conductor network buried in earth 1 mtr below from surface all as directed at site by Engr-in -charge

Supply & Installation of Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75mmX75mmX25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screw complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in -charge

M & L for earthing complete with galvanised steel plate earth electrode 600mm X 600mm X 3.15 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to earthing lead of 20mm X 3mm copper strip by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron from earth plate to test point upto 7.5 metre including all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part I (2009) including necessary concrete chamber in cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size coarse aggregate, precast RCC cover slab in cement concrete M15 (Nominal mix) using 20 mm nominal size coarse aggregate of size 40 cm X 40 cm X 5 cm reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 150 mm c/c with one handle for lifting made out of 8 mm dia bar or CI Cover, GI funnel, GI wire mesh filter, 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering, 40mm dia GI pipe medium grade for protection of earthing lead, charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil/ strata and testing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

M&L Sub main wiring with single core FRLSH PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded, FRLSH copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade drawn through and incl 20 mm size of of PVC conduit concealed in wall accessories and fittings on wall. Cable required for connection to DBs shall deemed to be including and shall not be measured separately. Earth wire shall run inside the conduit. (a) 02 runs 4 sqmm conductor cable and 01 run of 4 sqmm as earth continuity conductor complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply ,laying and testing in trenches or fixing on wall or passing through pipe 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable XLPE Insulated multi stranded aluminium conductor size 16sqmm 4 core served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or strip and over PVC sheathed complete as per specification properly clamps on wall and connection at end point with all legs ,glands etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
