Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any situation not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Dismatling of mild steel work any description complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation of RCC post or struts including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

S & F mild steel post and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as swan neck drilling holes ,notching for wire etc.and flate iron fillets for securing wire mesh etc confirming to gde Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete as specified.

S & F in repair MS screw bolt(Machine made) with hexagonal or squre heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends and dia of bolt 11 to 15 mm and length exc 5 cm n exc 10 cm long complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to angle fencing post complete all as specified.

Supply only chain link fencing mesh size of 100 x 100 mm of 4mm dia galvanised wire.

Fixing only chain link fencing incl line wire any mesh size and type of standrds rails, straining bolts incl provn of binding wire.

S&F mild steel Tie bars 10 mm dia.with screwed ends,nut, washers and mild steel plates for chain link fencing all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surface of any description exc 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and faft beams, sides and soffits (if any ) of foundation and plinth beams, and similar work, vertical or to batter.

M & L for 75mm thick cement concrete type C2 (1:3:6) using (40mm graded aggregates.) as in sub base finished rough complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:6) for laying floor finishes finished rough complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 200x200x25mm etc. set and jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor with grey cement and pigment all as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick Cement concrete type C2, 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in paving and spike rolling to surface or making impression of expanded metal whilst the concrete is green complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150mm thick Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate laid on floor, finishing concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC type B1(1:2:4 ) using 20mm graded stone aggregate in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges including neccesary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providig precast cement concrete in cover slabs using PCC type B1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded aggregates & setting in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces and applying Two coats of cement base paint over a coat of white wash on surfaces of walls on newly plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregates in surface channel, bed of drains incl form work / moulds including necessary formwork complete all as directed.

Extra for fair finishing drain or channels 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds etc.

Add or deduct item no above for each 25mm inner girth or part there of over or under 30cm inner grith in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds etc.

Taking down cement plaster on stone , brick, concrete block wall or stone walls, etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&Lfor rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on concrete surfaces finished even and smooth with neeru finish using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Dimolition of brick and stone masonry of any description in CM complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for walling of RR, uncoarsed, well bonded bedded & solidly hearted built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones & dressing to face beds and joints as specified at RR walling uncoarsed or brought upto coarse, max depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n.exc 20 mm granite or trap stone.

M&L for raised pointing to RR, uncoarsed or brought upto course stone masonry in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for flush pointing to RR, uncoarsed or brought upto course stone masonry in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing pre cast PCC bonders (for stone walling), type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.
