Material and labour for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surfaces exc 0.08sqm and n exc 0.16sqm, 7mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match with and including 10mm thick backing coat on vertical surfaces of wall in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed including dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified.

M&L for 16 to 18 mm thick granite stone machine cut (table rubbed & polished) in one piece as in steps,jambs,pillars,windows cills,cooking platform and similar work bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigments to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing including making hole in platform and screed bed for bedding 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 ,complete all as specified.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs to one edge, such as in steps and other similar situations
