Flooring with following ceramic tiles of size 305 x 305 x 6 mm laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three M.Sand) base mortar over the existing slab / floor including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary, laying in position and pointing with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.3 Kg. / sq.m. etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five M.Sand), 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in position CI manhole covers with CI frames (Heavy duty) of size 60cm x 60cm of best approved quality as per standard specification etc., complete compying with standard specifications

Providing and fixing uPVC pipes (Soil and waste line) of required diameter conforming to I.S.-13592, and I.S.-4985 to withstand continous internal hydroulic pressure of 6 kg/cm2 including necessary fixtures and fittings, such as bends, tees, single junctions, double junctions and joining with rubber rings and lubricants, on wall by means of clips or in ground including necessary excavation, laying refilling, trench testing etc. complete. (Prior approval of sample and brand by Engineer in charge is necessary before use.)

Providing and fixing uPVC 150mm UPVC Special bend,Tee,Elbow

Providing and fixing mild steel grill work for screening of wastewater as per drawing including fixtures, necessary welding and painting with one coat of zinc oxide and two coats of oil painting complete.(Ass per instruction of site engineer) Weld grill with vertical sloping 5 mm thick bar placed at a distance of 3 cms and dimensions of 700 mm x 600 mm

2. STABILIZATION TANK Earth work open excavation in all soils and sub-soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering, bailing out water wherever necessary and depositing the excavated earth with a lead of 10 mts. within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers and clearing and levelling the site, etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (One Cement, Four M.Sand and eight hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick, well rammed, consolidated and curing etc. complete complying with standard specification

M30 MIX Design SRC Cement using 20 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls, beams etc. shall be finished smooth with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three M.Sand) and kraft paper laid over it without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position TMT bars (Fe 500) for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire for placing at all depths of excavation, complete complying with standard specification. (Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel, binding wire and for bar bending)

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29 M height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded Mild Steel angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at abote 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not more than 75 cm centre to centre etc. complete complying with the standard specificaiton. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)

Providing and laying in position, Standardised Concrete Mix M-30 Grade in accordance with IS:456-2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cementcontent of 400 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.45, including admixture (plasticiser / superplasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m') 7670 kg. of crushed stone sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials).

Fabricating supplying and fixing of pre painted galvanium iron sheets with the following specification. The materials should be of PPGI tile profile with a red colour or any other approved design 0.47mm thick 24 guage having width 1050 mm. The sheet should be G.I.base pre painted hot dipped galvanized iron sheet and to be fixed with shelf tapping screws,plastic washer.The washer and screws to be fixed by using minute power machine drilled with out damaging the sheets paint coating to be regular modified polyster coat with zinc coating of Z 120 GSM paint thickness the finish should be terra cotta finish like malabar mangalore tiles finish optional matt finish. The sheet to be fixed with making suitable corrugated,cutting the sheet in to the required ssize and making ornamental designs as per the site condition and as directed by the departmental officers.

7.STORAGE POND Earth work in all soils except hard rock requiring blasting and conveying for formation of bund with lead of 0 to 100 metre deploying earth moving machinery and tippers including benching, formation of bunds, breaking clods, sectioning etc., complete PWD SOR W 00085
