Providing and fixing of speed climbing wall panels- High density fibre panels, 18mm thickness, coated with high-grip surface. Designed for speed with minimal friction surface. Adheres to IFSC certification standards for speed climbing walls. Including carriage complete job.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including Hot finished welded type tubes ( including providing, fabricating and erecting support steel structure for the climbing with sub frame foe all 1 side of 2 climbing wall. The drawing must be as per IS: 800 and Shop Drawings of the Tower must be provided complete job.)

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical /curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolt sand nuts 8mm diametre with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including acoat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (upto any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafter sand trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 1.00 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m3

Auto Belay Devices- Certified by IFSC, includes automated retracting systems, ensuring safe descent for climbers without requiring manual belay. Including carriage complete job.

Carabiners - Imported, D- ring design, corrosion- resistant, UIAA standard. Suitable for repeated outdoor use. Including Carriage complete job.

Harnesses- Padded seat harnesses, compliant with IS 3521 (Part 5) 2021 or equivalent. Designed for comfort and safety in extended climbing sessions. Including carriage complete job.

Lead climbing holds - Assorted textured holds made from high- grade resin; 750 units. Holds designed to be weather-resistant and provide varied grip. Including carrige complete job. (400 holds, 150 volumes and 150 micros)

Speed Climbing holds- certified by IFSC, smooth finish for speed routes, includes IFSC certification for standadized competitive use. Including carriage complete job.

Hangers- Galvanized steel hangers for lead climbing routes, rust-resistant, suitable for high-tensile loads. Including carriage complete job.

Heavy Machinery rentals- Includes crane and lifting equipment for installation; rental for duration of construction.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil.
