The intending bidder shall have satisfactorily completed the work of Design, manufacture, supply of minimum 1 No. of 10 MVA, 2.2/66KV, 3 Phase Generator Transformer or higher capacity Generator Transformer to State/Central Generating Utilities or any organization in India & the same shall have satisfactorily performed for a minimum period of one year during the preceding five years (One-year satisfactory performance period should have been completed as on the date of issue of tender). As a proof of this, Bidder shall furnish copy of performance certificate and corresponding work order having value not less than Rs.2.0 Crores issued by an officer of the rank of Chief Engineer or Station Superintendent / Competent Authority of the Power Station/Sub-station.
The intending Bidder shall be a regular manufacturer of Transformers of 66KV or higher voltage class Transformers in India
The intending Bidder should have achieved in at least two financial years, a minimum financial turnover of Rs.8.02 Crores during the last five years period i.e., from 2021-22 to 2025-26
The intending bidder shall not have been subjected to forfeiture of EMD/foreclosure/termination of their Contract in KPCL or Government or any other utility or shall not have been blacklisted for participating in tender by KPCL, Government, or any other utility in India during the past three years.
