Demolition of existing roof treatment complete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided including cement mortar bedding any thickness from roofs and cleaning the surface with wire brushes/brooms to remove dust and clean the surface with water and removing rubbish material from work site at any distance complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of existing cement concrete (unreinforced) complete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided including removing rubbish material from work site at any distance complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete type B-0 (1:2:4), using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, 25 mm thick , as in roof complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for 10 mm thick screed plaster in CM 1:4 with using liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml per 50 kg bag as in concrete surfaces, finishing surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: WPC shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item.)

Material and Labour for water proofing treating to RCC roof with 3 mm thick weight not less than 3.6 Kg/Sqm, APP modified polymeric membrance non-woven polyester reinformcement with mineral finish or top to be laid by torch application method. On the dries surface applying one coat of approved bituminious primer @ 300 grams/Sqm with touch application, laid with over laps of 100mm joints of traverse direction and 75 mm at longitudinal direction duly thermofused by flame torch all as specified in application manual of the company. A coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 @ 1.20Kg/Sqm are to be applied on surface and applying one coat of bituminous aluminium primer @ 0.1 Kg/Sqm on the surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, any description etc.including removing of rubbished material from work site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, in cement and sand mortar 1:4 using water liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml per bag of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified top surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

Material and Labour for rendering 15 mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement in Cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for rendering 5mm thick on concrete surfaces in ceiling , in cement and sand mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for vitrified ceramic (square/rectangular) dark shade coloured polished tiles, (1st quality) area of each tiles not exc 0.36 sqm and 10mm thick, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement and pigment to match over 15 mm thick screeding in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: Screed bed shall not be measured and paid separately).

(Note: Screed bed shall not be measured and paid separately).

Material and labour glazed ceramic coloured tiles, 350 mm x 250 mm x 7mm/450 x 350 x 7 mm thick, in dado skirting and vertical surfaces set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement to match including rendering 10 mm thick in cement morter 1:4 for laying tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: Rendering shall also deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor.)

Supplying and fixing two run of single core, 4 sqmm nominal cross sectional area multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable, PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 Volts grade drawing in and including suitable size PVC concealed conduit (ISI marked), including 4 sqmm nominal cross sectional area multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable, PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 Volts grade earth wire complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Cutting chases for conceal conduit in walls / ceilings and making good to match with the existing surface shall be deemed included in unit rate of this item).

Supply and fixed in repairs MCB SP, 10 to 32 Amps, 'C' series, 10 KA, 230 Volts and to be housed in DBs including necessry connection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note :- Proper and suitable size cable lugs to be fixed with MCB are included in unit rate of each MCB of any rating).

Supply and fixing in repair sheet metal enclosure single pole and neutral with two pin and earth plug and socket, 20 Amps, 230 Volts, 50 Hz complete with one single pole MCB 20 Amps, 10 kA, 'C' curve, 230 volt, 50 Hz complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 35 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum housing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp with impact and corrosion resistant, IP 65/66 protection including assembling of complete fitting and its testing before and after mounting or erection etc for proper functioning and taking down existing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Supply and fixing in repair GI bracket for street light made out of 40 mm dia GI pipe light grade 1.5 metre in length bend in shape as required complete with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer including necessary MS flat iron clamp, nuts and bolts etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixed in repairs epoxy powder coated sheet metal enclosure for DBs, double door (when MCCB to be used as incomer), Vertical triple pole and neutral 415 V, 4 ways with mounting fitted with bus bar, DIN channel, neutral link and incoming contact complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of MCCB, 4 Pole, 63 Amps, 25 KA breaking capacity, 415Volts, AC 50 Hz, with overload and thermal tripping features, Icu 100% complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: Any minor addition and alteration shall be made in paneal board if required during execution of work and rate quoted shall be deemed inclusive and no extra claim shall be entertained at later stage.

Supply and fixing exhaust fan, steel body AC single Phase. 230V of size 300m sweep with, blades, and frame and louvers complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
