(i) Carefully dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead, etc all complete as directed by the Bank. Approx. Quantity 10 Sqm (ii) Demolishing brick work in cement mortar manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of the Bank. Approx. Quantity 3 Cum (iii) Demolishing RCC/PCC work manually/ by mechanical means including cutting reinforcement bars manually/ by mechanical means in RCC or R.B. work, stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of the Bank. Approx. Quantity 1 Cum (iv) Dismantling tile work in wall laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metre lead as per direction of the Bank. (For Thickness of tiles with mortar 25 mm to 40 mm). Approx. Quantity 80 Sqm (v) Dismantling tile/stonework in floors laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead as per direction of the Bank. For thickness of tiles with mortar 25 mm to 40 mm. Approx. Quantity 90 Sqm (vi) Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead as per direction of the Bank = Approximately 35 nos. (vii) Dismantling W.C. Pan / Wash Basin / all sanitary and plumbing fittings and fixtures of all sizes including disposal of dismantled materials i/c malba all complete as per direction of the Bank. (viii) Dismantling aluminium/gypsum partitions / False ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of the Bank. Approx. Quantity 25 Sqm (ix) Dismantling of all types of pipes G.I., C.I., CPVC, uPVC, etc., including chasing manually / by mechanical means including stacking of pipes within 50m lead as per direction of the Bank, various pipes in work area and adjoining required locations; 15 mm to 150 mm nominal bore (x) Dismantling/removing of kitchen counters, almirah/cabinets, under counter partitions, shelves, etc., including careful removal of all fixtures, fittings, screws, nails, hardware, and accessories, complete. The work shall include stacking of serviceable materials as directed and disposal of unserviceable materials/debris within the premises or to the designated location, all complete as per direction of the Bank. (xi) Dismantling steel work manually/ by mechanical means in built up sections without dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead as per direction of the Bank. Approx. Quantity 100 kg (xii) Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials (generated from all dismantling work) by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground, beyond 50m initial lead, for all leads and lifts involved as per direction of the Bank. Approx. Quantity 20 cum

Providing and laying common burnt clay FPS (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes brick masonry work in required thickness in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) including raking out the joints, curing, necessary scaffolding, etc., all complete at all level and height etc. all complete as directed by the Bank.

Providing and laying brick work in half brick wall with best quality locally available bricks in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) including raking out the joints, curing, necessary scaffolding and providing and placing two nos. of 8 mm dia. TMT Steel reinforcement bars at every 4th layer for half bricks wall with proper anchoring with the nearby walls, etc., all complete at all level and height as required at site as directed by the Bank.

Providing and laying RCC 1:1½ :3 (1 cement: 1½ coarse sand: 3 stone grit 20mm & down) for beams, shelves, chajjas, lintels, RCC bands, plain window sills, etc., excluding reinforcement but including compaction, centring, shuttering, Strutting, Propping, scaffolding and removal, curing, finishes, cutting pockets in neighbouring walls to provide necessary bearing for respective components etc., at all heights and levels, etc., complete as directed by the Bank. Note: i) The rates shall include chasing in existing brick masonry wall up to 50mm in depth for inserting the RCC platform and carrying out necessary repairs to the surrounding walls in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), etc. all complete as required at site as directed by the Bank.

Supplying, straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding with binding wire Thermo-Mechanically Treated (TMT) bars of grade Fe-500D/Fe-550D of required diameter including cost of binding wire, etc., at all height and level all complete at site as directed by the Bank.

Providing and laying PCC of nominal mix 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 stone aggregate) in proper line, level and slope including compacting, curing and making the top surface rough etc. to receive under layer of flooring etc. complete as required at site.
