Achieved in at least two Financial Years a minimum Average Annual Financial Turnover (Considering in all classes of Civil Engineering Construction Works only) of Rs. 7894.00 Lakh. Tenderer should upload scanned statement of Turn over Certificate with UDIN Certified by Chartered Accountant and along with profit and loss statement and face sheet of ITR for the block period 2020-21 to 2024-25 compulsorily. Financial Turnover will be considered on Contract Receipts only

Mandatorily satisfactorily completed, as Prime Contractor, at least one Similar Work (Similar in nature of work should be RCC Framed Structure Building of Value of the Work not less than Rs. 1974.00 Lakh. In support of this, the Tenderer shall furnish a Certificate duly certified by the Competent Authority not below the Rank of Executive Engineer along with the Technical Bid. Further, the value of the Completed Works of the Previous Years shall be given a Weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the Price Level of 2025-26.

The tenderer or his identified sub-contractor should possess required valid electrical license for executing building electrification works and should have executed similar works totaling Rs. 318.00 Lakh in any one year, In support of this, shall furnish a Certificate duly certified by the Competent Authority not below the Rank of Executive Engineer along with the Technical Bid

Mandatorily registered with the Employee State Insurance Corporation and Employee Provident Fund. In support of this, the Tenderer shall upload Registration certificates and paid challans from last 3 months along with the Technical Proposal, failing to comply with these Norms will make the Tender liable to Rejection
