Material & labour for servicing/overhauling , Calibration and decarbonising of 11 KV PIX panel with breaker + Relay ) and setting of Relay parameters VCB of capacity 800/630 Amps, indoor/out door type , taking shut down from 33 KV MRS and taking out breaker from VCB panel and checking of auxillary supply and control voltage, Physical checking of gears, checking of fixed and moving contacts, checking of close and trip coil, cleaning the gear thoroughly, lubricating the gear if necessary, applying grease on required parts,checking of spring charging motor/mechanism, checking of manual spring charging, physical check of wear and tear if any and rectification of the same, physical checking of epoxy housing, checking of control circuit and tighten the cinnections if any. Special attention is to be given for adjustment of the part/ assembly responsible for lower/raise and locking of the trolley including replacement of un-serviceable spares, greasing of revolving assembly and movable parts in VCB chamber, checking of all DC supply system, electrical circuit to make it functional all as specified and directed by Engr -in - charge. [Make of VCB`s of which Serviceing and repairing has to be carry out is Schneider/Crompton/Alstom / Kirloskar] Note :- (i) : Spare parts/components required for replacement of above VCB`s shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Unit rate quoted against this item shall also include labour required for fixing of replaced items (iii) For item No. 2 to 16 below, fixing charges of items are considered and included in item No 1.00 herein. (iv) Location of VCB`s is in Tech and Domestic area at AF stn KKD and DDK Range.

Repair & Maintenance of transformer of capacity 4 MVA ,33kV/11kV outdoor type step down transformer to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge for following works :- (i) Fault detection and Draining out of existing traformer oil, opening and lifting of core and winding assembly by hydra complete from in side the transformer after un screwing all nuts bolts washers and cleaning old / used insulating oil complete. (ii) Loading and unloading the core assembly including transportation charges upto MES switch yard to outside workshop and back complete. (iii) Dismantling damaged laminated sheet replacement of damaged wraping insulating paper over primary and secondary coil including total insulating material complete.

Materal and labour for re-winding of transformer coil including re-insulation complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Heating of complete transformer oil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Materal and labour for total brazing work required for the job complete all as specified ans as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Filtration of old transformer oil complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for new Copper winding strips/wire for yellow phase (HV+LV) transformer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Fixing only coil assembly and box up and final testing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for disconnecting control cables from 110V/50A float cum boost battery charger in door type ,servicing/overhauling , replacement of unserviceable parts,complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. Note: - (i) : Spare parts/components required for replacement of above luminaries shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Unit quoted rate shall deemed to be included for labour required for fixing of spares/power component parts. Make of Transformer oil : Transol/Power oil/any brand of Indian oil corporation). Note : Transformer oil should be heated and should having dielectic strength not less than 60 KV. (ii) Transformer oil shall be bring in sealed barrel having proper test certificate from manufacturer.

Material & labour for detecting of fault in 11KV (E) HT cable of any size (within 1 KM to 3 KM length), 3 core laid in trenches/ducts with the help of electronic fault locating machine comprising of surge generator pulse, echo fault locator with high frequency distance calculator etc and exposing the cable fault, removal of deteriorated portion of cable, treating the cable including making it ready for jointing work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: - (i) The quoted rate shall deemed to include for the cost of earthwork excavation as required. (ii) Cable if replaced & Jointing kit shall be measured & paid separately. (iii) As the work is releated to maintenance, the work of fault detection has to be carry out on Priority and on requirement basis as on occurance of fault within 24 hrs so as to rectify the fault and to restore the electric supply of stn. If contractor delay the job, necessary panlty at the rate of Rs 1000.00 per hrs (after 24 hrs) will be imposed on contractor.

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of 33 KV single phase outdoor type oil cooled ,dead tank type CT of ratio 160-80/5-5-1 Amp accuracy class 0.5 for metering equipment of burden 15 VA as per IS:2705 including connection CT terminal to control panel through control cable including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Control cable, if required, will be paid under relevant item. (ii) Contractor should make all arrangement for mounting/ placing CT`s in existing system without any extra cost.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning 33 KV single phase outdoor type oil cooled,dead tank type PT of ratio 33 KV /√3 : /110V/√3-110V/√3 ,accuracy class 0.5, Burden 150 VA conforming to IS:3156 including connection PT terminal to control panel through conntrol cable including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Control cable, if required, will be paid under relevant item. (ii) Contractor should make all arrangement for mounting/ placing PT`s in existing system without any extra cost.

Supply, laying, testing and commencing of HT cable XLPE insulated screnned PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts (Earth grade), of size 95 Sq mm 3 core including taking out old unserviceable HT cable of any size and rating complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and replace silica gel crystal 3/4 mesh, 6 mm to 9mm, (Blue to Pink to white) in breather of transformers including taking out saturated silica gel from existing breather complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and replace silica gel breather assy 250 gms, made up of aluminium TOP, Powder coated, Transaparent Centre Portion made of Polycarbonate of size 80 mm x 80 mm, Nitirle rubber 'O' ring connection 1/2" BSP thread, filled with Silica Gel Blue (including silica gel crystal) suitable for transformer of capacity 100 KVA to 200 KVA including taking out old unserviceable breather complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and replace silica gel breather assy 500 gms, made up of aluminium TOP, Powder coated, Transaparent Centre Portion made of Polycarbonate of size 90 mm x 140 mm, Nitirle rubber 'O' ring connection 1/2" BSP or 3/4 " thread, filled with Silica Gel Blue (including silica gel crystal) suitable for transformer of capacity 250 KVA to 630 KVA including taking out old unserviceable breather complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and replace silica gel breather assy 1500 gms, made up of aluminium TOP, Powder coated, Transaparent Centre Portion made of Polycarbonate of size, Nitirle rubber 'O' ring connection1/2 " BSP or 3/4 " thread, filled with Silica Gel Blue (including silica gel crystal) suitable for transformer of capacity more than 630 KVA and upto 1600 KVA including taking out old unserviceable breather complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair Pin Insulator porcelain vitreous, white brown or green, 150 mm height, 150 mm dia including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised washers and one galvanised iron nut for conductor working pressure 11000 volt grade complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair Post Pin Insulator porcelain vitreous, white brown or green including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised washers and one galvanised iron nut for conductor working pressure 33000 volt grade complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 m wide and n.exc1.5 m in depth for foundation of poles, cable etc, not exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Excavation for laying of cable to be done manualy, carefully without distrubing existing cable or water pipe lines. If any damaged occured to exiting cable and pipe line during excavation, contractor has to repair it with in time limit without any extra cost. If contractor delayed in repairing, Panality @ of 500/- per hour to be charghed, if repairing is not carry out within 12 hours.

Returning, filling in, of soil including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance n.exc 50 m and deposited/ spreaded where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, filling in trenches, spreading, leveling sand cushioning 8 cm below cable and 15 cm above the cable punned down to 18 cm for under ground cable complete all as specified and as directed. Note: For the purpose of Payment, Punned thickness of Sand Cushioning only shall be measured and paid for.

Supply & laying fly ash bricks, old size, designation 75 (kg/cm2) in trenches on cable as cable protection across the length of the cable (width wise) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for repairs/maintenance of UPS system of capacity 10 KVA, 3 Phase, 415 volt, 50 Hz, after disconnection from supply, removing old faulty spare parts and replace with new one including testing after repair work complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Spare parts shall be measured and paid separtely under relevant items as 'supply only'.
