Removing the existing vegetation growth in the Building by way of uprooting the plants manually and then drilling with power driller up to the root depth of plants obtain a clean and neat drill so as to continuously inspect and remove left over roots of vegetation growths and to inject pesticides into the holes so as to prevent further growth of vegetation in the future to safeguard the country old heritage building etc. The cost including the cost of pesticides used, hire charges of injecting machine for injecting chemicals, cost of tools and all labour charges, etc., complete and complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in position of Shade Net (Green Net) using vertical protection for under construction / High-rise building. The net standard size is 3mx50m &5mx50m. Dismantling clearing away the damaged Brick Arch Vaulted roof/Jack Arch roof and carefully stacking materials useful for reuse etc,as directed by the departmental officers as per standard specification

Dismantling clearing away the damaged BRICK MASONRY/STONE MASONRY IN LIME MORTAR of any thickness and carefully stacking materials useful for reuse etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers as per standard specification

Dismantling of damaged and undulated stone flooring and conveying debries from all floors to ground level outside the mahal etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Strengthening the existing walls by providing grouting by formation of holes of size 1" to 2" with required intervals - depth of 20cm depending upon the site conditions and slurry consisting of lime mortar 1:2 ( one lime and two of sand) added with grouting admixture by 2% weight of lime, by using required equipment with standard specification as directed by the departmental officials. the rate include cost of all materials , labour charges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing two legged scaffolding using 48.30mm dia heavy duty MS pipe over all height of 3.00m the distance between 2 legs being 1.25m and the spacing of the post being 2m in each rows and providing platform with C.W. planks using 40mm thick silver oak and 1.00m wide in complete form with horizontal bracings @ 1.50m c/c vertical direction and with cross bracings using same 48.30mm dia including cutting, threading assembly with red oxide primer, labour charges cost of specials such on large plate, shoe, carcher, coupling, bolt and nut transportation charges. The bottom of vertical post shall rest on 300x300x70mm 1:2:4 concrete base etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and erecting Centering for Domes ceiling including supports and strutting upto 3.30m height with all cross bracing for curved surfaces using plywood and planks of suitable size and thickness laid over adjustable span and jacks and supported by 50mm dia pipes for general pipes scaffolding systems @ a spacing of 1.2m c/c and vertical connected at a height of 2.0m c/c including 'C' & 'U' clamps and base receiver cup bottom for connecting pipes etc and removal systems etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing Brick Work in Dome portions of fort using Country Bricks of suitable size with thickness varying from 25mm to 50mm using special grinded lime mortar 1:2 (one part of lime two part of sand) well grinded in a grinding yard and special grinding with great care by adding extract of galnut and jaggery at the rate of 10kg/m3 of mortar(The lime used for this work should be procured from pollachi as per ASI norms) etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers. The rate includes cost of all materials and all labour charges required for the works.

Providing Flat bricks on the terrace top using one layer of specially manufactured superior quality chamber moulded terrace brick of size 6"x3"x1"(15x7.5x2.5cm) for heritage works laid with lime mortar 1:2 and the joints of bricks raked up to receive lime mortar plastering to be done over the roof surface. The flat bricks should be laid in such a manner with proper slope and gradient that the rain water gets discharged easily through rain water outlet pipes freely. The quality of lime to be procured from pollachi shall be of best and high calcium oxide content quality. The flat bricks shall be subjected to curing for a period of 7 to 10 days and after which loose lime particles will be removed complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 230mm x 230mm x 20mm of approved quality set in Lime Mortar 1:2 (One lime and Two sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to ISS at 2% by weight of lime used and the joints pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with lime mortar 1:1.5 (One Lime and One and half Sand)mixed with red oxide and water proofing compound etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Reconstruction of brick masonry wall with similar type of bricks in lime mortar 1:2 (one lime two sand) using wire cut brick of size 9"x4"x3" (Specially manufacturing) and using Pollachi lime in all floors as per traditional preparation and documented type construction such as arches and lintels, walls, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Reconstruction of special chembarayan stone wall using Lime mortar 1:1.5 including laying of brick jelly lime concrete of 40 mm thick in pure lime 1:2 for Core portion of wall well rammed etc., complete complying with standard specification.creeting etc.for foundation and basement including curing, etc., complete complying with standard specifiction.

Reconstruction of fallen and missing circular column chembarayan stone pillars to a size of 2.1 m height and 0.46 dia with special brick in lime mortar 1:1.5 and plastering with lime mortar 1:2 including fixing granite stone and then finally applying the coat of hand grinded lime mortar paste as per the existing size available at site, including erection of scaffolding etc., complete

RELAYING brick jelly lime concrete for FLOORING including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick, well rammed etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Relaying of new cut stone flooring with stone of thickenss 75 mm (fully dressed to size on all faces) over bed of existing brick jelly concrete in lime mortar 1: 2 ( One of lime and two of sand) 40mm thick using Pollachi lime in all floors and pointing the stone joints with same lime mortar etc, complete complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers.

Replastering ( base plastering) the brick wall, pillars and arches, etc., with lime mortar 1:2 ( one of lime and two of sand) to a thickness of 30 mm laid in two layers of 15mm thick using Pollachi lime in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Replastering the ceiling with Lime mortar 1:1.5 (one Lime and one and half sand), 20mm thick including labour charges for erection and dismantling of scaffolding and curing etc complete complying with standard specifications as directed by the departmental officers.

Finishing the new/old plastered surface with lime in Three layers two base coat and one top coat of fine quality lime layer from the company M-lime. The top finished coat should be done as per approved colour and texture, or as directed by conservation architect/engineer in charge.

White washing three coats of inner walls/ceiling with freshly burnt white shell lime (Pollachi lime) in all floors including cost of lime, blue powder fevicol type gum, brushes, The rate inclusive of cost of all materials and labour charges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Colour washing three coats of outer walls in all floors using best freshly burnt white shell lime (Pollachi lime) and best quality of approved variety of colouring pigment including cost of lime, colouring pigments, fevicol type gum, brushes, the rate inclusive of cost of all materials and labour charges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers (Mineral colours not affecting the lime should only be used).

Providing pest control with antitermite treatment drillin g holes at junciton of walls with floors at 300mm intervals and injucting chemical emulsion on those with cement etc. making holes along the vertical surface out side the walls at 150mm tervals to the depth of 450mm pointing chemical emulsion into the holes and closing holes with chemical etc. spraying all surface of treatment is to be done as per IS code no 5313/Part III 1981 with approved chemical. (The chemical is to be used on the work should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on work) etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Conveying the debris,dismantled materials from the campus and conveying away the same to outside by lorry to a lead of 3km entirely within the city limit including loading and unloading charges and dumping in low lying areas and levelling neatly etc.,complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and fixing of hoisting machine by hire basis (including labour charges) for lifting of all materials from ground to terrace and shifting of damaged unused materials from terrace to gound floor with necessary rope, haisting platform, motor, controller as per site requirement days etc., the rate is inclusive of hire charges for machine, labour charges for operating the machine and daily bata and conveyance chrges and dismantling and removing the same after completion of work etc complete with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Making , supplying and fixing of new stone capital of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 15 cm for replacing the broken and missing stone capital over the high wall at roof level as per existing clues and style etc., complete

Construction of mortar pit of inner size 0.90mx0.45m with brick partition wall 11.50cm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) for 60 cm height with necessary earth work open excavation for size of 1.43m x 0.98m to a depth of 0.91m and sand filling for 15 cm thick, Plain Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (one cement, five sand and ten 40mm HBG stone jelly), 8 cm thick with plastering 1:5 (one cement and sand), 12mm thick on both sides and top etc.. complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying and fixing in position best approved of BIS quality PVC rain water down fall pipes having a pressure of 4 kg. / sq.cm including cost of necessry PVC shoe, PVC bend, cast iron gratings of required diameter and special clamps, brass screws, nails, etc., and fixing of cast iron gratings at junction of parapet and the RCC roof slab including finishing neatly etc., complete. The rate shall be inclusive of cast of removable cast iron grating. The PVC pipe shall be fixed in wall with special type of "U" clamp at the centre of the pipe line in addition to those for more than 3.0 metre pipe length, etc., complete complying with standard specification.
