Supply, laying, testing and commissioning HT XLPE cable, insulated, screended, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electic power cable (heavy duty) with multistaranded aluminium conductor, conforming to IS : 7098 (Part II), 11000 Volts "E" grade, cross sectional area 3 core x 120 sqmm (Earthed) laid in trenches/ ducts/under plinth floors passing through pipes etc, fixed on wall complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying & testing of LT cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts, grade cross sectional area 185sqmm 3.5 core, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-55 (11.00 metres long) with necessary excavation, foundation and coping including applying two coats of of exterior weather proof paint of approved colour to pole and to MS cross arms, cable protection pipe, brackets etc with two coats of Aluminium Paint over a coat of red oxide primer including Synthetic enamel Painting in alternate lines of Yellow & Black Strips min of 6 Nos (each Strip 200 mm wide) at bottom of pole complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Earth work, Cement Concrete etc. will be measured and paid under approprite Items.

M&L for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and directed

M & L of lightening arresters nominal discharge current Peak 65 KA rating, suitable for operation on HT 11000 volts system, comprising of zinc oxide disks, electrodes, fibre re-in forced composite structure, non tracking weather resistant shedded heat shrinked polymeric housing for withstanding from the effects of pollution, rain, heat and with moisture seal , stainless steel bolts and nuts, stainless steel end fitting cups and fixing arrangements complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to galvanized iron strep 32 x 6 mm as earthing lead by mean of nut/bolt and washer of galvanized iron or steel drawn through 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe as shown in electrical plate no 3 of SSR part I of 2009 including necessary excavation and earth work GI pipe 20mm dia light grade for watering PCC chamber with PCC cover in cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B1(20mm graded aggregate), funnel, wire mesh, charcoal dust, salt etc, connected to panel board as indicated including testing complete. Note:- (i) Item includes the cost of 7.5 metre GI pipe for protection of earth lead. (ii) Item includes the cost of 7.5 metre GI earth lead. (iii) The required resistance of Earthing shall be 2 ohm or less than 2 ohm, If not found to the required resisstance, the contractor has to reorganised for required resistance and the cost for the same included in the quoted rate and no extra shall be paid on failure of getting required resistance.

Supply, installation, connecting electrically & commissioning switch air break, gang operated, tripple pole mounted on insulators 15 Nos and steel frame with operating mechanism in worked from ground level, drop out fuse, for current rating upto 400 amps and working voltage 11000 volts all as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply anf fixing of cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 sqmm to 185 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and installation, commissioning and testing CPRI approved OEM made main LT Panel. The panel shall be made of modula CRCA ENCLOSURES including MCCBs and Indicator lamps which shall be UV resistance in accordance with IEC 61439-1, clause 10.2.4: The panel shall be anti-acid & anti corrosive. Degree of protection against mechanical load shall be IK08 (5 Joule) in accordance with IEC 62262. The manufacturer of panel shall submit a copy ofCPRI TEST REPORT only also share panel assembled by OEM, channel partner or sister concern assembly will not be accepted. DEGREE OF INGRESS PROTECTION IP 65 IN ACCORDANCE WITH IEC 60529. The gasket shall be internally embedded made of polyurethane. The Panels made by aprroved enclosures in MES & they shall submit a copy of TYPE TEST REPORT of a board made out of CRCA accordance with IEC 60439-1. The ASTA CPRI report shall have mention of following tests performed and passed out satisfactorily Temperature Rise, Dielectric Properties, Short circuit withstand current-Rated peak & short time withstand current and Rated Conditional Short Circuit Current, Effectiveness of Protective Circuits. The board manufacturer shall submit the copy of type test reports for CRCA Board only. Each Board shall have individual routine test report of the manufacturer.
