Supply, laying, testing and commissioning HT XLPE cable, insulated, screended, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electic power cable (heavy duty) with multistaranded aluminium conductor, conforming to IS : 7098 (Part II), 11000 Volts "E" grade, cross sectional area 3 core x 120 sqmm (Earthed) laid in trenches/ ducts/under plinth floors passing through pipes etc, fixed on wall complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning HT XLPE cable, insulated, screended, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electic power cable (heavy duty) with multistaranded aluminium conductor, conforming to IS : 7098 (Part II), 11000 Volts "E" grade, cross sectional area 3 core x 185 sqmm (Earthed) laid in trenches/ ducts/under plinth floors passing through pipes etc, fixed on wall complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-55 (11.00 metres long) with necessary excavation, foundation and coping including applying two coats of of exterior weather proof paint of approved colour to pole and to MS cross arms, cable protection pipe, brackets etc with two coats of Aluminium Paint over a coat of red oxide primer including Synthetic enamel Painting in alternate lines of Yellow & Black Strips min of 6 Nos (each Strip 200 mm wide) at bottom of pole complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Earth work, Cement Concrete etc. will be measured and paid under approprite Items.

M&L for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and directed

M & L of lightening arresters nominal discharge current Peak 65 KA rating, suitable for operation on HT 11000 volts system, comprising of zinc oxide disks, electrodes, fibre re-in forced composite structure, non tracking weather resistant shedded heat shrinked polymeric housing for withstanding from the effects of pollution, rain, heat and with moisture seal , stainless steel bolts and nuts, stainless steel end fitting cups and fixing arrangements complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, connecting electrically & commissioning switch air break, gang operated, tripple pole mounted on insulators 15 Nos and steel frame with operating mechanism in worked from ground level, drop out fuse, for current rating upto 400 amps and working voltage 11000 volts all as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply anf fixing of cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 sqmm to 185 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Construction of transformer platform size 3mx2mx1m from ground incl XPM jalli fabricated with angle size 50x50x6mm and two coat of aluminum paint over one coat of red oxide inci steps plinth protection and all other relevant works complete all as specified and directed.

Shifting of transformer from site not more then 200 KVA from the Garrison including loading and unloading on newly constructed platform complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Any damage to the tranformer during loading and unloading shall be bear by contractor.

Excavation in trenches n. exc.1.5m wide and n. exc. 1.5m in depth for foundation of pole and laying of HT/LT cables as in soft/loose soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and wall ramming in layers not exc 25cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed

Removal of excavated material to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point

Supply and laying sub class 'B' bricks laid dry flat transversely along the length of cable with width equal to the length of bricks over sand cushioning as protection cover of cable laid complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning in trenches including spreading and consolidation in layers of 8cm thick before laying the cable & 15 cm thick after laying the cable and punned down to form a bed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing of HT feeder pillar box autdoor type factory made weather and vermin proof made out from 3.15 mm sheet supported with legs all across the panel made of angle iron 50x50x5mm of size 1.2 m x 1.0 m x 1.0 m with 3 Nos required length aluminium bus bar of size 40x10mm or 400 Ampe for 11 KV post insulator 6 Nos duly drilled hole for HT Cable connection including front and rear side openable with locking arrangment suitable for 11 KV HT and provision for incoming and out going HT cable connection including painting with two coats of smoke gray synthetic enamels paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete and providing security fence XPM jally type of 2 mtr height from ground level square type all rounded 2.5 mtr length with 9 nos angle iron of 25x25x5mm of height 2.25mtr (2 mtr above ground 0.25 mtr under ground) including necessary location gate of same XPM jally all as specified and directed. Note:- Feeder piller box shall be mounted on brick platform built in PCC not less then 60 cm above ground level with suitable PCC foundation rendering 15 mm in CM (1.6), applying two coats and cement base paints and XPM jally supported on 9 nos angle iron with concrete base.

M&L of PCC 1:48 type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in foundation of electric poles including necessary from work and exposed surfaces finished fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

Supply ,installation ,testing and commissioning of LT Panel Board, indoor type of suitable size as per relevent IS, mounted on angle iron legs of size 40x40x6mm embedded in PCC 1:2:4 block type B-2 (using 40 mm graded aggregates) at pump house, floor mounting, dust and vermin proof, factory made, fabricated out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet suitable for 3 Phase, 415 Volt, 50HZ AC Supply, busbar chamber with aluminum busbar of suitable amp rating for 3 Phase and 4 wire system duly insulated with heat shrinkable sleeve as per colour, supported on epoxy insulator 01 set, common earth bus of 25mm x 4mm at bottom inside panel board with two earth terminal out side panel board, cable alley cable gland with independent plate at bottom and complete panel board painted with powder coating in grey colour all as specified & directed, The panel should be IS/IEC 61439-I&II- TTA. The Panel builder should submit Test Certificate along with GA drawing before executing the job. Installation only Transformer capacity 160 KVA on constructed platform incl transportation of same from MES Complex , connection of cables of HT and LT side of transformer complete all as specified and directed. Note Transformer shall supplied by MES and any damage during loading and unloading shall bear by the contractor without any extra cost.

M&L for steel tubular swaged pole type 410 SP-31 (9 metre long) with 300 mmx 300mmx6mm mild steel base plate continuously welded to pole, finial taper, nut, bolts and screws all as specified including factory painted with two coats of black bituminous paint internally through out and externally for embedded portion and applying one coat of red oxide primer for the remaining portion and two coats of aluminium paint beyond 1.5m from ground level/coping and making 30cm black and white strips with two coats of super enameled paint up to 1.5m from ground level/coping, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No 12 above but depth exceeding 1.5 m and not exceeding 3 mtrs.

Fabrication of CGI sheet open shed of size 12'x9' for accomodating LT panels, voltage stabilizers , Including angle iron truss ,PCC INCLUDING MS Pipe 100 mm dia for post flooring and brick work upto 5 feet height from ground and above 4 feet welded jali 4 mm dia to be used total height of the shed is 9 feet from ground flooring complete all as specified.

Supply, laying & testing of LT Cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables(heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts, grade cross setional area 10 sq mm, 2 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying & testing of LT copper flexible Cable armoured 2.5 Sqmm 2 Core complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- Deduction for Schedule of credit (Sch 'A' Part-II) to be made of ₹ 00.00 from the total quoted amount of BOQ while accepting the bid. Details of schedule of credit is given in tender documents.
