(A) SUPPLY PART:

Supply of two aspect traffic signal posts with high glow LED signalling light (Red Colour).

Supply of sensor post of 7 feet height or above with ultrasonic sensor and micro controller kit.

Supply of 12 Volt high audible hooter with enclosure box and structurals for installation.

Supply of Control Cable (4C x 1 sq.mm tinned copper, outer screened, flexible).

Supply of control box made of 2 mm thickness CRCA Sheets, powder coat painting including supply of control circuit items, i.e. Power Supply Unit, Control Card, Digital Timer and complete wiring.

Supply of 1" dia medium gauge GI pipe.

Supply of fail safe Control Unit along with charging kit & battery back up for half an hour and flash light (2 nos. for each level crossing of Amber Colour).

Supply of 1.1Kv grade, 4 x 6 Sq. mm XLPE insulated Aluminium armoured cable confirming to IS-7089(Part-1)-1998 ammended upto date.

Supply of 32 Amp 4 pole MCB, Type-C, Breaking Capacity-10KA, IEC-60898-1:2002

Supply of Junction Box, Polycarbonate material, IP-67 protection, weather proof, high grade gasket made of polyurethane, 4 Pole Connector, provision of 4 x 6 sq mm cable entry & out and suitable clamps.

Supply of civil materials such as cement, sand, chips, etc. for foundation of traffic post and sensor post.

(B) INSTALLATION & COMMISSIONING PART:

Erection of traffic signal post with concrete foundation.

Erection of sensor post with concrete foundation.

Fixing of hooter box with structurals.

Laying of control cable through GI pipe.

Fixing of control box with structurals.

Laying of GI pipe at depth of 750 mm below the ground with excavation and refilling.

Laying of 1.1KV grade, 4 x 6 Sq. mm XLPE insulated Aluminium armoured cable by making kuchha cable trench through pipe as per scope of work

Fixing of junction box with clamp and connection of cable in the connector including supply of all accessories and materials.

Programming, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of complete alarming system.

Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) of the complete system after expiry of warranty period (01 year) including supply of spares & consumables for level crossings.
