Material & labour , water proofing treatment to sunken portion of WCs, bathroom etc, comprising as under :- (a) Applying cement slurry @ kg/Sqm of surface. (b) 15 mm thick plaster in cement sand mortar (1:3) mixed with integral water proofing compound @ 2 % by weight of cement on floor and wall, finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement. The surface shall then be cured and allowed to dry. Note :- Supply only water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately (c) First layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 Kg/Sqm mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound @ 0.253 Kg/Sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hrs. (d) Second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 Kg/Sqm mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound @ 0.126 Kg/Sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours.

Material & labour , lean concrete (1:5:10) type E-2 using 40 mm brick coarse aggregate, filled as in sunken portion of WC,s complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles laid bedded and pointed in cement mortar in single layer on roofs complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1 : 2 : 4 type B1,40 mm thick ( using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate) mixed with water proofing liquid as in padding on roofs to maintain slope correction of the depresed/ unduation portions complete all as directed. (Supply of water proofing liquid shall be measured separately)

Rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on faces of cement concrete/brick surface wall using WPC @ 3% by weight of cement finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Supply only inegral water proofing compound complete all as specified.

M&L for Cleaning the roof surfaces and applying bitumen primer @0.20 Kg per Sqm providing and laying 4mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weight not less than 4 Kg per Sqm reinforced with non woven polyster mat weight not less 160 gm per Sqm having softening point not less than 140 Degree centgrade, lengitudinal tensile strength not less than 800N per 5 cm tearing strenght of 180N (by torch application method) with minimum of 10 cm side laps and 15 cm end laps by application of torch.Applying a coat of blown grade hot bitumen 90/15 over the membrane @ 1.20 kg/sqm and applying a coat of solar reflective bitumeons aluminium paint @ .1Kg/sqr all as specified and as per manufacturer instructions and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete tiles 25 cm x 25cm x 22 mm thick with grey cement and no pigment machine pressed, set joined and pointed in neat cement slurry in roofs including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer for laying tiles in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Note: The Total amount shall subject to adjustment of credit for old Materials as per Schedule of Credit.
