Removing and resetting the undulated stone flooring, stacking useful materials after neatly dressed, laying over a bed of brick jelly concrete in lime mortar 1:2, set in lime mortar 1:2 and pointing the stone joints in same mortar including necessary curing etc., complete.

Laying new granite stone flooring/ Apron with neatly dressed stone of sizes varying from 90 to120cm of length, 45 to 60cm of width with a thickness not less than 10cm over a bed of brick jelly concrete in lime mortar 1:2 of 100mm thick laying in Lime mortar 1:2 and pointing the joints with same mortar and curing etc. complete.

Retaining Wall: -Earth work: - Earth work excavation for construction of retaining wall for providing lime concrete, & removing the excavated earth & disposing the unwanted stuff at least 200mtrs away from the work spot etc., complete.

Retaining Wall: -Earth work: - Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in layers not exceeding 20 cms. In depth, compacting each deposited layer by ramming after watering with lead upto 50m. and lift upto 1.5m. including cost of all labour complete as per the directions of Conservation Assistant.

Retaining Wall: -Concrete Work: - Providing lime concrete to provide a hard surface for construction of size stone masonry for superstructure for retaining, average thickness of 10CM Thickness laid to fall with 20mm to 40mm nominal size granite aggregate & 50% lime mortar I: I: 1 rammed & finished with gur bhelgiri treatment etc., including cost of all materials, tools etc., complete.

Retaining Wall: - Masonry Work: - Constructing granite/trap/basalt size stone masonry in superstructure with CM, edges of stones chistle dressed in courses not less than 15 cms high, bond stones at 2m apart in each course including cost of materials, labour, scaffolding, curing etc., complete as per specifications.

Retaining Wall: -Stone Work: - providing fresh WPC over the roof to retaining wall surface to easy discharge of rain water curing by using 20mm size brick jelly with burnt lime mortar 1:1:1 ratio and plastering on the top surface in lime surkhi mortar 1:1: 1 with 10 mm thick by giving proper slope etc. complete.

Retaining Wall: -Pointing Work: - Provision for providing recessed pointing 20mm deep to coursed stone masonry with Lime mortar in 1:1:1, after raking joints to depth of 20mm nicely lining including cost of materials labour curing complete as per specifications

Barricade: Earth Work: - Excavation of earth in Hard soil for fixing of Chain link Mesh barricade fencing by manual means without causing any damages to other components of the monument Structure and stacking excavated earth around the work spot for refilling as per the directions of Conservation Assistant.

Barricade: Concrete Work: -Provision for laying C C 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand (zone-III) including manufactured sand derived from Recycled Concrete Aggregate (RCA) upto 25%: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size including Recycled Concrete Aggregate (RCA) upto 25%)

Barricade: Steel Work-1: -Provision for providing & fixing of Chain link Mesh barricade fencing to adjacent of pathway near Kalyani, Garden & Structures etc., to avoid miss using by the local public/kids by using 50mm dia thick 4mm hallow G I pipe including cutting, hoisting, fixing in proper position etc., complete.

Barricade: Steel Work-2: -Provision for providing of Chain link mesh for existing 50mm dia thick 4mm hollow GI pipe barricade including cutting, hoisting, fixing in proper position etc., to adjacent of pathway near Kalyani, Garden & Structures etc., to avoid miss using by the local public/kids etc., complete.

Barricade: Painting Work: - Provision for removing old/decayed synthetic enamel paint of the old repairing chain link mesh barricade frames etc., and scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches for applying fresh paint/distemper etc. complete, after erecting necessary scaffolding etc., complete.

Barricade: Painting Work: - Provision for applying fresh two coats synthetic enamel paint to Chain-link mesh barricade fencing with approved brand and manufacture, in Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture etc., complete.

Barricade: Transportation & Lead lift Charges: - Provision for Transportation charges for transporting old chain link mesh frames from Dariya Daulat Bagh, Srirangapatna (approx. 220 Km) as per the instruction of conservation assistant

Provision for Cleaning of Water Storage Sump and Overhead Tanks remove the slime and dirt build up on the sides and corners of the tank. Scrub the build-up on the bottom and use the wet/dry vacuum to remove the rinse water from the tank.

Provision for Removing old GI Sheets and Fixing of New GI Sheets for old damaged, leakage, Rusted GI sheets in the Choultry area.

Septic Tank: Earth Excavation: Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Septic Tank: Earth Excavation: Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Septic Tank: Concrete work: PCC 1:4:8 (1 Cement: 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources: 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Septic Tank: Brick Masonry: 9” Brick work with common burnt clay modular bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement Mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand).

Septic Tank: Brick Masonry: 4” Brick work with common burnt clay modular bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand)

Septic Tank: Plastering Work: 12mm thick plastering on walls by using Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand).

Septic Tank: RCC Work: Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for plain cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana/Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete.: Concrete of M25 grade with minimum cement content of 300 kg /cum
