Item No. 01 : Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : All demolished items shall be removed from defence land as per dirns of Engr-in Charge.

Item No. 02 : M & L for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks with using old size Brick, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete as directed and specified.

Item No. 03 : M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 complete as directed and specified.

Item No. 04 : Taking down cement plaster on brick wall /ceiling built in cement mortar including raking out joints , hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note : All demolished items shall be removed from defence land as per dirns of Engr-in Charge.

Item No. 05 : M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on brick work surfaces and finished the surface fair and even without using extra cement complete as specified and directed

Item No. 06 : M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of concrete/brick exterior surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with WPC as per manufacturer instruction, finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid for seprately as supply only under respective item complete as directed and specified.

Item No. 07 : Supply only liquid water proofing ISI marked (used 200ml per bag of cement) or as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and directed

Item No. 08 : M & L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) as in ceiling on fair faces of brick work and finished the surface fair and even without using extra cement complete as specified and directed

Item No. 09 : M&L for applying three coats of white wash on new plastered surfaces of wall including preparation complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No. 10 : M & L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer on prepared wall putty surfaces of internal wall complete as directed and specified.

Item No. 11 : M&L for applying three coats of white washing on new plastered surfaces of ceiling including preparation complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No. 12 : M & L preparing old decorated plaster or un-plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying two coat of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No. 13 : Complete removal of existing treatment on wall/roof projections including facia cornices etc by scapping with mechanical sander ( having mechnical vaccum mechanism) with sanding pad of appropriate grit to make surface clean, free, from dust, loose paint etc by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 14 : M&L for applying 1mm thick wall care putty on wall on internal old/new wall/ceiling surfaces as per manufacturerer instruction complete all as specified and as directed

Item No. 15 : Material & Labour for applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new/old surfaces. complete all as directed and specified. Note : (i) Purchase voucher to be produced for full quantity incl MTC) (ii) Putty shall be paid seperately

Item No. 16 : M&L for preparing of old surfaces of walls and applying two coat of white wash all complete as specified and directed.

Item No. 17 : M&L for preparation of surface and applying two coat of acrylic emulsion with roller on new treated surfaces of wall etc complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 18 : M&L for priming plastered (old/new) surface with alkali resistant priming paint complete all as directed and specified.

Item No. 19 : M&L for preparation of surface and applying two coat of acrylic emulsion with roller on old/new treated surfaces of wall etc complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 20 : M & L for reparing of RCC projection, chajjas,roofs,facia, column etc by necessary preparation i.e scrapping ,cutting,chiseling,derusting and cleaning exposed reinforecement, surfaces of damaged, loose RCC surfaces and applying one coat of rust remover by brushing to rusted reinforecemnt to remove loose rust particles and allow to dry it for 2 to 3 Hrs , insert the new reinforcement to damaged portion by drillig hole at required distance , fill the epoxy in to the hole by 2/3 of the hole and insert the reinforcement in the hole, and binding the reinforcement at rusted portion of reinforcement, apply cement slurry on entire damaged area , and plaster the surfaces with cement , sand and Polymer liquid in 1: 3 : 15% of cement by weight ) and water as required , mixing properly and plaster the surface , finished even and smooth by making the edge water dropping groves complete all as specified and directed. Note : Cost of formwork shall be included in quoted rate.

Item No. 21 : Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) in ground floor and paving n. exc. 15cm thickness (below or above ground level complete as directed and specified.. Note : All demolished/dismantled items shall be removed from Defence land as per dirns of Engr-in Charge.

Item No. 22 : M&L 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in plinth protection, finished concrete surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement including filling of joints 10 mm wide x 75 mm deep filled with bitumen and sand in ratio (1:1) at the junction of wall and floor, change in direction, and at interval of every 3 metre complete as directed and specified.

Item No. 23 : Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provider for. Note : All demolished item shall be removed from Defence land as per dirns of Engr-in Charge.

Item No. 24 : M & L 40mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, as in floor finish the surfaces even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 25 : M&L for water proofing treatment to sunken surfaces of the slab in following sequences:-( for 10 Years Gurantee) (a) Over concrete surface cleaning and removing all loose particles washing by jet spray amking it dust and dirt free (b)Reparing all kind of cracks above then 5mm by poly shuphide sealent (c) Applying one layer coat of DR FIXIT PIDIFIN2K without any water dilution up to one mtr of wall height (d) Making 25-50mm angle flit over horizontal vertical joint (f) Applying second layer coat of Dr FIXIT PIDIFIN2K Without any water dialutuion upto one meter of wall hight (g) M & L for 15mm of polymer modified plaster over wall with ratio of (1:4) one part cement & four part sand & laying 25mm of polymer modified plaster over floor area with same ratio (h) Pipe fixing by plumber and hole sealed by us using grout powder and URP (i) Water pounding test will be held four to six days (j) Filling the duct by brick bat coba using LW ( lean concrete 1:5:10) (k) After Six days of curing after applying two layer coat of Dr fixit URP in floor and over a polymer modified plaster with ratio of 1:2 one part chemical two part cement up to two feet of wall height complete all as specified and directed. Note: floor area shall be measured. water proofing treatment shall me done by authrozed applicator of manufacturer.

Item No. 26 : Dismantling of floor hearth or wall tilling incl cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish of the premisses complete all as specified and directed. Note : All demolished/dismantled items shall be removed from Defence land as per dirns of complete all as specified directed by Engr-in Charge .

Item No. 27 : M & L for 25mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in base floor or maintain to even surface complete all as specified directed by Engr-in Charge

Item No. 28 : M & L first or premium quality joint free vitrified double charge tiles of any colour 8 to 10mm thick light shade (square/ rectangular ) polished, area of each tiles exc 0.36 Sqm but n exc 0.42 sqm in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 29 : M & L for vitrified double charge tiles 8 to10mm thick light shade (square/ rectangular ) polished, area of each tiles exc 0.36 Sqm but n exc 0.42 sqm in skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 30 : M&L non skid/mat finish ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick(square/ rectagular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sq m but not exceeding 0.18 sqm (Colour and design of tiles as approved by GE), in floors etc, and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 31 : M&L glazed ceramic coloured tiles size 300mm x 450 mm or 300 x 600 mm x 6-7 mm thick (Colour and design of tiles as approved by GE) on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 32 : Demolition of reinforced cement concrete roofs, floors, beams, staircases landing, chujjas and similer suspended work complete all as specified and directed. Note : All demolished/dismantled items shall be removed from Defence land as per dirns of complete all as specified directed by Engr-in Charge .

Item No. 33 : M&L for RCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in slabs supported on walls,beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 34 : M&L for formwork to soffits of flat suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exc 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 35 : S&F TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire(annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 36 : Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed. Note : All demolished/dismantled item shall be removed from Defence land as per dirns of Engr-in Charge.

Item No. 37 : M&L Granite 20 mm thick(of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) for wall lining (Veneering to wall) and laid on cill of parapit wall over 12 mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite colour Red or brown complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 38 : M & L 22 - 25 mm thick machine cut Kota stone slab in flooring or treads single piece of steps over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6), laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match with shade of slab including rubbing complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The size of Kota stone slab shall not less than 550 mm x 550 mm cut size, except the location where the balance portion remain less than size as specified above complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 39 : Description same as per item No 37 above but as in skirting or vertical surfaces including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No. 40 : Rounding to edges of stone slabs such as granite,kota stone etc one edge such as steps cooking platform and other similar situations complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No. 41 : M&L for cutting and mirror polishing of existing kota stone flooring complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 48 : S&F 35 mm thick factory made flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core & plywood face panels, commercial type on one sides and one face is covered with decorative face veneer with lipping/frame to match and fixed with screws in the frame complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 49 : S & F 2 nd class hard wood 35 mm thick Glazed and skeleton shutters, factory made, open rebated and prepared to receive glass , gauze, etc, (without sash bar) edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc, sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I, section 8, clause 8.24 (a) fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and directed. Step 04 (b) : Laydown a 45 GSM Giber glass mesh into the coating as a sandwich layer while the first coat is still wet. Step 05. Again after 06 hours of 1st coat and apply the 2nd coat of roof seal in a other direction without mixing of water (Coverage Area 1 litre = 1.20 Sqm). Now left it 24 hours, Note : (i) The work of water proofing treatment shall be got executed through expert team of manufacturers of authorized applicator of mannufacturer.

Item No. 274 : M & L for Overhauling/Dismantling of defective/rusted Geyser of 25 Ltr capacity obtained from SI item No 213 from different locations by removing inlet/outlet connections, taking out U/S parts by unscrewing bolts and nuts including chagne of u/S three pin top, heating element, thermostat, bottom plate and heavy duty PVC connection hot/cold, etc. Checking defects and re-assembling the Geyser after refixing including painting the serviceable/new parts & cleaning ,dicling and refixing only serviceable items and re-installing the Geyser in suitable place/position and connecting inlet-outlet connections & testing complete, all as specified and directed.

Item No. 275 : Supply, installation, commissioning and testing indoor type wall mounting LT Panel Board of minimum size 1.2 m (height) x 1.20 m (breath) x 0.30m (depth) suitable to accommodate the following accessories ,factory made CPRI approved panel, weather, dust & vermin proof indoor, double door, front openable including all Incoming and outgoing MCCBs/MCBs , made out of 2.00 mm thick mild steel CRCA sheet with suitable size angle iron supporting frame including applying two coats of Powder coated paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer over exposed external & internal surfaces suitable for 3 phase 4 wire system 415 / 440 volts grade including complete internal wiring with 10 Sqmm copper wire and connections of all outgoing / incoming existing cable of any size complete all as specified as directed.

Item No. 278 : M&L for removing carefully window/Split AC and depositing to MES store yard/depositing to user concerned as directed at site and refixing to the same location after all cementing and plastering work of building incl re-connection of copper refrigerant piping, filling of refrigerant gas, making it functional to achieve cooling parameters all as specified and directed. Note : Amount for addl Refrigerant copper piping shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate. The rate also inclusive of making the ACs functional with OEM staff for full satisfaction of Engr in charge and user concerned.

Item No. 279 : M&L for replacing GI earthing strip of size 25x4 mm size incl fixing in wall with proper nut bolt washers complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 280 : S&F in replace Air termination, single pointed aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300mm long complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 281 : Supply and fix in replace Earth Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75mm x75mmx25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screw complete all as specified and directed. Note: Sample of test point shall be submitted before procurement.

Item No. 282 : M&L for replacing 50 mm GI tubings medium grade for mounting pole of lightening arrestor along with base plate of suitable size along with GI fastener , nut bolt and washers incl necessary PCC and cement plaster works all as specified and as directed.

Item No. 283 : M&L for Epoxy earthing strip insulator of size 25mm x 3 mm incl bolt nuts and washers all as specified and as directed. Note: Sample of earthing strip insulator shall be submitted before procurement.

Item No. 284 : Supply and fix Hot dipped Galvanized CABLOFIL wire mesh cable trays should comply Standard EN ISO 1461, manufactured with a longitudinal 'T- welded' safety edge, constructed with 50mm X 100 mm mesh configuration including couplers, covers with clips and wall mounting accessories as per site requirement. Supports, brackets or hangers, covers designed loading capacities of the brackets and the hanger torques must be tested in accordance with the standard IEC 61537 of size 150 mm width x 54 mm height complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No. 285 : M&L Earthing complete with galvanisedsteel earth plate electrode 60cm×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not lessthan 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate otless'than 1.5 metres below normalground level, connected togalvanised earth lead wire 4.0mmdia by means of bolts, nuts, checknuts and washers of galvanised ironor steel all as shown in electricalplate No. 3 connected to earthing testpoint all as specified or indicated including testing on completion. Note :- GI earth wire 4 mm dia and 15 mm dia protection pipe upto 7.5 mtr from earth plate is deemed to be included in rate quoted.

Item No. 286 : Supply & Fix in repairs metal body exhaust fan, AC single phase 230/240 V of size 300 mm sweep with louver, white in colour including cutting of wall and making good the disturbed surface as per existing and dully connection with copper wire from ceiling rose etc complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 289 : M&L for bricks slightly over burnt (kiln burnt) , modular bricks , best quality, locally available , laid flat, dry, laid in trenches along the length of cable transvarsally with width equal to length of brick for cable protection all as specified and as directed.

Item No. 290 : Supply laying and jointing GI pipe 'light grade' 50 mm bore in trenches/under floors or roads/ along poles/ on wall incl clamps for protection of cables incl fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 291 : Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded ,galvanized steel strip or wire armoured,electric power cables(heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 25 sqmm 4 core, complete all as specified and directed
